Happy with this purchase. Easy to assemble. The parts are of good quality. Thick, comfy seat and good lumbar support at the lower back. With the armrests the width of the chair feels on the narrow side, however a perfect size for me.

Very easy to assemble and comfortable. I spend 6-7 hours per day typing on my computer and so far no backaches or neck pain. Also quite light and easy to manouever. Very happy with the chair.

So hard to assembly. Material is not as good as pictures. It took me 2.5 hours to assembly. Ending up one of the handler still not assembly well. I give up

My husband and I almost got a divorce trying to assemble this. You'll get 3 screws in fine and the 4th will never line up. Once you can manage to get it together it's quite a nice chair.

Poor ergonomics. This chair is not suitable for average adult. Although the seat length is normal, S-shaped back is so rigid that reduces the length of the seat. It results in that a half of thigh is not sitting on the seat but hanging. Additionally the seat is mis-leveled, tilting down in the front although it was assembled as per the manual. There was another small problem - one faulty bolt.Pluses. The legs and frame look like they are of good quality.It may be OK for kids or a quite short people. However, I don't recommend this product.

A great chair

The chair is really good and really strong. I weigh 120kg and the chair can carry up to 180kg, so i feel really safe with this chair. It's also quite comfortable.

I did have trouble getting the last two arm screws screwed in under the fronts of the arms. And also the pictures showed the base attached earlier than should have been attached. Otherwise perfect.

Arm rest problem.

Overall the chair is OK, but I am 6' and my arms had no way of reaching the arm rests, far too low.Suit a younger person or smaller adult. Would not recommend purchase for a tall person.

Ok but some supplied screws not long enough.

Not bad for price but delivery is expensive. Biggest issue is that 4 of the 8 m6x30mm long screws supplied were NOT long enough. Fortunately I had some m6x40mm screws in my shed that worked perfectly.

I will grade this as no star or if you have a negative 5 star would be more appropriate. The design of the chair was faulty and does not allow me to screw the arm rests with the base. None of the resolution from harvey norman works for weeks of email. I have been requesting for a full refund for this item but no action from harvey norman online or supplier has been done to tell us how to refund. Item has been sitting here and can't be use. It is very disappointing. We don't want a replacement as it would be of same issue and we want our full refund back.
