The item arrived in a damaged box and had a visible dent in the plastic backing. I was offered a $6 discount from the seller. I didn’t even bother emailing back. The chair looks great but I’ve sat on more comfortable concrete benches. Not recommended for anyone working from home and using this chair for long periods of time.

Fantastic chair for the price paid, my only problem is the seat is a little deep for me and my short legs, have to grab the arms and haul myself back onto it. Lovely and comfortable once on board. The fact that it allows up to 180 kg is also terrific.

The seat is downward, which makes you slip.It is really painful after even 30 minutes.The back can only lock in a position and does not come back unless you pull it (no spring).Back support is terribly rigid and can hurt you.I wish I did not buy it.Unfortunately, the return policy is not satisfactory, so I decided to keep it.

The quality of this chair is generally good but the quality of the cushioned seat itself is laughable. I sat on it for two hours on first day and had to stop because it's very hard. But worse still, it retains the impression from my actual seat, and it hasn't returned to its original shape even after 5 days. The site claims this was a $1000 chair in special. It's impossible and I would suggest quite untrue.
Definitely a good chair. A couple of bolts to assemble the handrest were slightly shorter and hence troubled. Other than that so far it's great.
This chair functions well as description, with good quality and ease of assembly.These additional features, such as headrest, footrest and lumbar support can be improved to be more ergonomical.
Cheap cheap...not recommended for large men. Leg extension is totally under built, castors cheap and nasty, jury still out on mechanism. Looks good, but function over form. May be good if your under 70kg and have had 1 leg amputated so you can use the leg rest without bending it.
Quick and easy assembly. All parts of a decent standard, particularly base. Back support is ok, seat is not great as its pretty much flat without any ergonomic contours. Adjustment levers work well. Adjustable Head rest is good, but only really of use when the chair starts to recline. Extendable leg rest feels flimsy but is actually pretty solid. The mechanism that hides it is nifty, just slide out and flip the padded rest over. If this price point is your limit, its a solid chair. Honestly, if you can stretch to $250, it seems like theres a notable quality add for the cost difference. Particularly the seat.

It's goes about 120degrees? - seat cushion isn't very deep. You can feel the bottom of the seat if you're on the heavier side or if you've been sitting in it after an hour or two - the arm rests are not adjustable (fixed height) not great for people who have longer or shorter torsos - one of the parts came in the wrong size (however was easily fixed as I had the bit at home) - the footrest is actually in a very inconvenient place. Your feet/leg doesn't really rest in a good position and it feels quite flimsy.
