You get what you pay for, It looks great. I was hoping for a better padded seat, and was disappointed that it is a little on the hard side. Everything else is fine. Good lumbar support, soft padded arm rests. Can adjust height and lean to suit. The leg support is easy to extract and retract, but the pressure points cause my legs to go to sleep after a while, so don't use for long periods. Assembly had clear instructions, and took a little under an hour. Overall, it's pretty good.

I have waited nearly two years to review this chair as I wanted to see how it stood up to daily use. Firstly, it is a very comfortable chair and has mostly coped with daily use extremely well. The only problem we have had is that the arms tend to become loose and wobbly from time to time and have to be tightened. Other than that the wheels have been great (unlike a lot of office chairs!) and there has been no wear on the material.
The chair was simple enough to put together and took under 20 minutes to complete. The chair is very comfortable and the footrest that folds under the chair is the right height. The recline feature is great and I like that you can set it to stop at any point that's comfortable for you.The only thing stopping me from rating this 5 stars, is that it doesn't roll very well on carpet when you're sitting on it and try to bring yourself closer to your desk or move away from your desk. The wheels don't roll smoothly and cause the chair to tip rather than move. Other than this, the chair is great. I'm sure it rolls fine on solid surfaces but as my office has carpet this is the only negative I have with it.
The chain construction is a bit flimsy but overall not bad. The under seat foot rest is loose and not as useable. The cushions could be thicker to provide a more comfortable. After a while the hand rests start to get lose and will need to be tightened again. After a year of use, i'm tightening the hand rests every 2-3 days now.
It was very easy to assemble, and the instruction leaflet was spot on. The chair is very elegant looking and comfortable for use. It would have been even of even greater comfort if the bottom cushion was meatier..Agreat value for money.
Happy with this chair overall. The order arrived in time for Christmas, the tan colour is lovely and it was relatively easy to put together. The arms needed to be re-tightened after only a week of use and I'm hoping that's not going to be a regular chore. My son uses as a gaming chair and is very satisfied wth it. The foot rest is not as solid as I hoped it to be, but if looked after it should hold up Ok. I did notice that the integrity of some stitching on the lower right hand side of the chair wasn't 100%. Overall a good chair for the price.
Love this office chair! It is not as bulky as I thought it might be. The instructions were easy to follow and came with all the necessary tools. The footrest is a must. One of the better priced office chair with foot rest and variety of colours.
