VOXBOX alert- I received the product complimentary to test and/or review . It may sound odd but I made a delicious beef stew in my new All-Clad Sauté pan and it turned out fantastic! I sautéed the sirloin tip chunks in 2 tbsp of oil unit browned, I really like the weight of the pan. Then I added garlic and onion, spiced it up and let that cook for 7 minutes, no sticking to the pan. Next came the 4 cups of beef broth and 2 tablespoons of tomato purée. I let everything come to a boil then turned down the stove to simmer with the lid on for one hour. Disbelief, that's what I felt when I got home from work and saw this box sitting on my porch, looking at it, I see it is from Influenster, and inside, I find this gorgeous sauté pan by All-Clad!! A nice solid piece of cookware, and has a nice weight to it. Very excited to try the new product, I used it to prepare one of our dinners from Hello Fresh (after thoroughly washing of course). I would consider purchasing additional products from All-Clad to replace my existing (super ancient) cookware. A brief googling has led me to see prices ranging from $99.99-220.00 CAD... a bit hard on the bank account!! However, the quality, durability, and overall construction of this particular sauté pan leads me to believe it is worth picking up if you can find it on sale for the lower-end price. Between that, and a lifetime warranty, you're bound to get your money's worth!

We had been reviewing frying pans for a few months as I wanted something aside to clean then stainless or cast iron griddle. I was overjoyed to receive this pan. It washes well, which is amazing considering how much work it takes to maintain cast iron or clean stainless. We use the sauté pan 2-3 times a day. Pancakes, eggs, stir fry, fajitas. It warms up quick and fits perfect into the dishwasher. No soaking or issues and having the ability to not use oil or pam and clean up quick after every meal is a dream. We have never had all clad before, typically we purchase T-Fal. I will definitely be expanding my all-clad collection.

I love love love this pan!! It is very high quality, non-stick and is an absolute pleasure to cook with. The fact that it has tall sides gives you the ability to cook soooo many different types of foods. The very first thing I cooked in it when I received it, was a cream of mushroom soup! I love the fact that it can hold a family sized serving of soup, but at the same time is just as good to cook some chicken cutlets in, or to saute some vegetables! I love the quality and would definitely purchase more of this brands cookware! I also love the fact that it comes with a silicone mat so the foods cooked in it can go straight from the stove top to the kitchen table! Pan and all! It is absolutely wonderfully made. First off, this pot felt well built. It is so sturdy, the finishing on the outside was great too. When it came to actually cooking in it, it didn't disappoint. The nonstick coating ensured that whatever I was cooking truly didn't stick. Compared to my current brand leading nonstick saute pan, it outperformed and outshines it by a mile. My current pan, though it is nonstick, everything including spinach leaves dry out and stick to it without generous coating of oil in the pot and with the All-Clad Sauté Pan I don't have that issue. The pot also didn't take a long time to heat up even though it has many layers of material. Washing the All-Clad Sauté Pan is also super easy, it's dishwasher safe and with the non stick coating there's no need for presoaking of the pot because nothing sticks to it. Overall I am happy with this pot. Highly recommend, I will definitely buy from this brand in the future for other items in their cookware line such as their soup or stock pan, or their skillet or steamer pan.

I've never owned a deep sauté pan like this, usually I would just use a frying pan, but this kept the grease from spraying everywhere as the beef cooked and made it pretty much impossible to spill any beef outside of the pan. This is definitely a piece of cookware that I didn't know I needed until now! It's PFOA-free, which is great because I am very much against toxic chemicals in my food, however, I'm pretty sure PFOA's aren't even allowed to be used in non-stick cookware anymore because of how dangerous they are, so this seems like it's just a marketing ploy. Right of the bat the first thing I noticed was the weight of the pot - despite having a super sturdy feel and well-built design, its so light-weight which is a huge pro in my book. It will make it a breeze to store it and reach for it often. Secondly, I love the square shape and the size (5 qt.), its a big enough size to cook for a larger group of people, but can also be used in my day-to-day for my 3 person family. The pot heats up quickly, the non-stick capability works great and the lid does a good job of keeping in the steam/heat. Also, the dishwasher and oven safe capability has me completely sold because it makes life so much easier and the silicone trivet is a good plus too. Glass top Exploded

I bought this about 1 1/2 years ago. Loved the pan and used it often, until the glass top exploded into little pieces. Called all clad since I registered it, they said it had a lifetime limited warranty, however I was told just the pan and not the glass top had the warrantee. Theyoffered me nothing, nor even an apology. but crate and barrel, where I bought it just to let them know they should not sell this product and they gave me my entire purchase price back! Today I just went to crate and barrel and bought a Zwilling 5 qt with a glass top. Crate and Barrel did the right thing (although I didn’t ask for compensation) all clad did not! Stay away from all clad!!

Nonstick is not covered by the warranty

I rarely used this nonstick saute pan (I have a stainless-steel set and use it instead). Never put it in a dishwasher, used only silicon spoons. When I noticed that the nonstick deteriorated, I reached out to the all-clad warranty department. "Lifetime warranty" is a joke. First, I was told that I scratched it. Then, the customer service agreed that it was not scratched, but, apparently, nonstick is not covered by the warranty. I was told that nonstick is not a manufacturing defect. If the company does not stand by its product, there is no reason to pay a premium price. Very expensive mistake. I will use another brand next time.

Using it every single day

I've had this workhorse pan for less than a month, but I use it almost nightly. It heats evenly and allows me to cook at a lower temperature. No hot spots and completely nonstick. This one purchase has be thinking about replacing a few other pans in my arsenal. The size is a bit large for our two-person household, but the extra room in the pan equates to less crowding and overflowing. My only wish is that the helper handle didn't get so hot. Otherwise, it's perfect for our needs.
