The All-Clad grill pan is superb. The quality materials and workmanship are first-rate. This rugged aluminum pan heats quickly and evenly. The moderately large, square surface accommodates a variety of food shapes and sizes. The non-stick surface is very durable and the pan cleans easily and should lasts for years. You can pre-heat this aluminum pan over medium-high heat to get that nice grill sizzle. Perfect to grill anythin!

Do you like pan fried bacon? If so, this is the pan to get. I cannot say enough about this pan and how Good my bacon was I made the other morning. The size and shape are absolutely perfect and the raised griddle lines really were beneficial in cooking the perfect bacon!! That being said, I cannot wait to try other things in this pan now…chicken next I think! Who needs a restaurant when you have a pan like this that will produce that kind of quality food and cooking! Great value and you can just tell it’s well made. I’d recommend this pan to everyone, especially bacon lovers like me :)

I absolutely love this pan and am so happy to have it in our kitchen! If you've never used a grill pan before, you are seriously missing out and need to fix that ASAP! The versatility is amazing! We use it for bacon, vegetables, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, hot sandwiches and the list goes on and on! Not only does it work for perfectly as a substitute to outdoor grilling, the ridges help separate the fats from your food making allowing you to make healthier versions of your favorite meals.. Additionally, All-Clads Grill Pan is non-stick and dishwasher safe for simple clean up, seems to distribute heat perfectly and is oven safe as well. And finally at 11" it 's the perfect size. I highly recommend this pan as it's seriously the best!!!

This is a great quality pan and perfect size for all my cooking needs. Works like a charm for grilled meats and veggies with no sticking! My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I find it a bit heavy but that is personal preference as I suffer from joint pain, but otherwise it’s perfect.
Too me a while to write this cause its been smoky out! I intended to use it for the BBQ but realized it was far too nice for that. So, used it on the electric glasstop stove. I really like this piece! Heavy and solid, with a really nice tall brim. I've gotten several veggie baskets and they seem to all be too small - not enough room for even some asparagus. Not this one! The nonstick surface is easy to clean, and it is substantially sized so you could easily throw in 2 burgers and some other veggies. As opposed to the outside barbeque, this has the nice grilling ridges on it but you can monitor it inside in the kitchen so it's easier to stuff more things in there and be able to just turn them over occasionally. Product details are wrong. I purchased this product because I bought the full All-Clad set that says it specifically supports induction cooktops and this grill said it supported all cooktops. Today the whole set plus this grill arrived and I was very disappointed to see the packaging for the grill said it only supported electric and gas cooktops. I performed the magnet test anyway "just in case" and discovered it really doesn't support induction cooktops. This was a major disappointment that now requires a trip to return the grill. I hope the set works much better!
I’ve had this pan for several months and use it almost every day. I’ve followed recommended cleaning instructions and the interior of the pan remains unblemished except for the top borders. On the bottom (edges mostly) the black coating has rubbed off which can only be explained to occur when cleaning it in the sink. But it doesn’t explain the removal of black coating on top of the borders that don’t rub against the sink. This hasn’t affected the performance of the pan. It just doesn’t look good. Disregard what looks like a brown cast on the interior photo; it’s a shadow.
