Product Description Carboor Harvest Almond Butter is hand made in small batches using the best available Australian grown non-pareil variety almonds. The almonds are lightly dry roasted (no oil) at a low temperature to preserve the high nutritional value of the nuts but reduce the moisture levels and free the natural oils. Following roasting, the nuts are allowed to cool before running through our paste machine and immediately packed. The 250g variant is packed in a glass jar and the 1kg variant is packed in a plastic pail. Usage Suggestions Carboor Harvest Almond Butter is delicious healthy alternative to peanut butter, or the famous chocolate hazelnut spread. Spread on toast or drizzle on pancakes, add to protein balls, smoothies or use as a base for homemade ice cream. STIR WELL BEFORE USE: Contains no thickeners, so the oil does naturally separate and accumulate on the top – simply stir back in to get the delicious creamy texture back.
