Quality product. Disappointing that the salesperson cut me short and rather than listen to my request thought he knew it all and just wanted to know what length I wanted. Before I drove away quickly checked the specs against the label of a previously purchased cable (which was presented to the salesperson at time of purchase) only to find that I'd been given a standard cat6 cable. After going back in to get the right cable I was treated like an idiot took and I had to wait atleast 15-20min while all 6 or more sales staff sat there doing next to nothing to get the incorrect items changed over the the ones I'd asked for..

Great product
Cable works fine, but the outer plastic seems more brittle and easier to damage than it should be. It got a kink while pulling through a hole in the floor and that damaged the plastic enough so that it was almost torn.
