I bought this to connect my macbook pro 16" to my new Acer Nitro screen.On the HDMI connection that I used before the image looks great, but unfortunately when using this Displayport cable the image is washed out. very odd. I haven't been able to find out why this problem occurs despite many hours of research, but I assume the problem lies with the cable. I haven't used the cable after receiving it.I hope it works better for others.
