After years of abuse, my hair just didnt seem to grow and I had a weakness in one side at the back meaning each time I had it cut they had to even the length back out. Ive tried a million reconstructive products, some of which have been really expensive and Ive seen little results. Since Ive been using this my hairdresser has commented on how much my hair has grown between colourings and much to my amazement I no longer have the unevenness at the back. Much more gentle on the scalp than the original too, would highly recommend

I really like this product. Its gentle on afro caribbean hair and gets it really clean without drying out your hair. I use a conditioner from a different range and I am totally happy with the outcome. It doesn't seem to disturb the natural balance of your hair. Its a very gentle product. I have been using products from this range for years and will continue to do so. It claims to strengthen hair but I am unable to comment on it.

This is a decent shampoo and it feels like it really cleans the scalp. It smells a little strong and isn't the best scent but for a once every other week scalp reset, it works

I had no dandruff when I bought the hybrid alpecin, only my scalp was a little bit itchy after using it for a week I already have dandruff which is a lot and it wont go away easily. Waste of money and very bad product. I dont recommend this to anyone at all
Very energising and invigorating. Especially when used after an intense training session. Will definitely be making this a regular part of my regime.
I Have been using this new Alpecin shampoo courtesy of 'Tryit Sampling', so il start of with the colour of the bottle, well its a nice bright blue which stands out in the bathroom and has a presence. i used the the shampoo for 4 weeks, and i must say my hair is is nice and fresh and my scalp less itchy than before. its, a very soothing shampoo , with a very slight scent. it lathers up well an i left it on longer than the 2 minutes, i left it on for the period i had a shower and then rinsed it off. This new alpecin is a great addition to the range, and most importantly it made my scalp and hair fresh and not greasy Top marks and i would recommend this new shampoo/10/10 for me.
Its the best shampoo that I have used for helping clear my scalp of itching flakes and hair loss. Highly recommend.
Bought this shampoo to deal with a flaking, itchy scalp. Have used it for a week as directed and there are a number of improvements. There is less itching and the flaking has reduced not only on my scalp but on my forehead and behind my ears. My wife also tells me my hair is brighter and has a shine. I will continue to use and look for even more improvement in the near future.
Since using this shampoo my hair loss has been greatly reduced. Previously there was very little resistance for my hair to come away after a slight pull. The root socket would still be attached. This has now stopped. I use shampoo and the liquid.
So my hair had been falling out so decided to try this Alpecin shampoo, I decided on this one as my scalp had been a bit sensitive lately. Yes it's aimed at men but I didn't find the smell masculine, rather a fresh clean scent. So after using it for only 3 days I can notice a difference already in strength and thickness. Will continue use combined with the liquid which you leave in. Make sure to wash for the full 2 mins or lather and wait! You'll feel your scalp tingle after, which is normal. Would recommend.
