Alpen No Added Sugar, wholegrain and high in fibre. I love it so much because it is healthy and a source of energy in the mornings. I warm up my milk and I just pour the amount enough to eat and I just enjoy it all the way. The taste is delicious and it is as well nourishing and not expensive to buy. I highly recommend it for people who are looking to eat healthy.

Generally, I forgo reviewing foodstuffs I must add buku kudos to this product, nonetheless I wish I had started far earlier, too. Unlike virtually all cereals, I find this product proves nonaddictive. Its certainly a big step up in roughageit takes a good while to achieve normalized again Mix wiith yogurt, kefir, fruits, milksubs, too, etc. Chew it up well No more cereal purchases This appears to be the best valueprice out there, too Saves buku Quells carbo cravings, too. ...succeed in the Kingdom of Balance

This Muesli is nutritious, delicious, satisfying. The five star I would give would be only to my Nieces home made mixture, but BRMs Muesli is a close second. We often enhance it with BRM flax meal or chia seeds, or hulled hemp seeds. Coconut flakes are good, too. The possibilities are many. During the summer, we eat Muesli with almond milk for one meal and vegetables, eggs and grains for the other. Sometimes one is breakfast, sometimes the other. Some might like to know that when I stick to that regimen sandwiches are my weakness I drop weight in a matter of days. On this review it asks what kind of cook I am. I love the option not a cook, but trying. I always say Helen Nearing eat your heart out when I serve my simple fare.

I have no problems with the product itself, which tastes fine and is part of my daily cereal bowl at breakfast time (along with Asda own-brand Weetabix and Shredded Wheat Bitesize). My issue is the fact that I am unable to order the 1.1kg bag of Alpen when I'm doing online shopping, be it via the website or the Android app. I can only find the 550g box of No Added Sugar Alpen. Why is this? The bags are much better value for money (when the boxes aren't on offer}. There seems to be many products available in-store but not online. It makes it pointless doing the online shopping at all if I then have to drive to a store to actually go in and buy numerous products off the shelf. I rate the product itself 5 stars, but the lack of online availablity is why it loses one ... MoreI have no problems with the product itself, which tastes fine and is part of my daily cereal bowl at breakfast time (along with Asda own-brand Weetabix and Shredded Wheat Bitesize). My issue is the fact that I am unable to order the 1.1kg bag of Alpen when I'm doing online shopping, be it via the website or the Android app. I can only find the 550g box of No Added Sugar Alpen. While the taste is great, I could only give it 4 stars as it is not certified organic it is nonGMO and kosher though Still good quality, and makes for a nutritious breakfast with its wholesome ingredients of grains, nuts, and seeds. Hot or cold, it tastes great both ways Stovetop takes about 10 minutes to make microwave would take 34 minutes cold takes 510 minutes of soaking in milk, yogurt or juice. The package features a ziploc for easy closure, and ideally kept in the fridge or frozen after opening to keep it fresh many seedsnuts go rancid a lot more quickly when kept at room temp. Overall, great product

Awful, powdery nonsense
17 July 2019

Got this as a swap with my delivery when they didn't have my usual muesli and thought it was worth trying out. No idea how it has such good reviews - hopefully I just got a bad batch but it's so full of powder that it leaves me coughing! Bland as well, even with more fruit added, and I'm USED to eating no added sugar muesli! I prefer it to the over-sweetened nonsense! So it's not the absence of sugar that's the problem. I'll be putting the rest of the box through a sieve just to try to get rid of some of the dust because it just isn't edible as-is.If I could include a photograph I would - it looks like someone's mixed a couple handfuls of flour through it. Really not good, especially considering the price.

Not what it says on the box

The 'Äúberries'Äù quantity in this muesli is just 2.5%. That consists of 'Äúfreeze dried fruit pieces'Äù which are so miniscule you can hardly see them. On the other hand it'Äôs packed with raisins (12%). So it'Äôs hardly accurate to describe it as 'ÄúSimply Berries'Äù.

Powdery texture, artificial flavour
6 April 2022

I was really looking forward to trying this Alpen. My usual berry cereal is no longer available so I was hoping the Alpen would be a good substitute. My usual cereal has freeze dried raspberries, cherries and strawberries and I was expecting the Alpen to be like this too. As soon as I opened the box I saw I was wrong. There are no chunks of fruit. Before I even opened the packet I could see the Alpen was very powdery and pink. However, the first taste was the worst shock - the flavour was reminiscent of strawberry milkshake. I was expecting it to taste like regular sugar free Alpen but with added fruit. If you like artificial products then I guess it would be fine.I definitely can't recommend this Alpen though, and certainly won't be buying it again.

dust - eat as much as you like
3 October 2022

In the famous words of little Britain- dust - eat as much as you like.In all seriousness this muesli is not what I recognise as muesli. It lacks any substance other than dust, wheat flakes and oats. Its a case of hunt for the good bits and find precious few.Not for usAdd more fruit, more nuts more substance to this please Alpen. Will buy other better muesli available on Ocado
