This is a strong ‘serum’ which has a very watery / toner texture with little smell. But it is quite strong and leaves your skin feeling very soft in the morning. I only use this at night and without a moisturizer on top for a stronger effect - but add eye cream for added hydration. This is quite strong so a few uses a week is about right, if your skin is very sensitise this solution might be too strong .

I loved the effects of this product from the first application. Applied as directed over face, neck and decolletage - my skin feels so much more refined and glowy. It's also excellent value for money as I use it at night after cleansing twice a week and as it works better without my additional moisturisers / serums, so they last longer too! My favourite thing to do once I've finished with the cotton pad is sweep it over the backs of my arms and elbows. They have never been so smooth!

This is such an amazing product. You only need a little bit and it spreads beautifully with the use of a cotton ball or pad. It didn’t sting me much but it did make me a little dry the next day which I expected. Also made my face incredibly tight when I put it on. I have sensitive skin and only used this alone at night and my skin didn’t react - which is great because my skin is very sensitive! After a couple of days my skin was glowing and so so smooth like it would if I had a professional glycolic peel done! I only use this once a week because it did make my skin tender. But it’s soo amazing!
Have been using for about a month now, and I'm impressed now that I've worked out where it fits in my routine. The bottle says you can moisturiser or serum after putting it on, or for a more intense treatment, don't follow with with anything. The first couple times I used a serum afterwards since I have dehydrated skin, and had no noticeable difference in the morning. Now I use it alone, and I totally get the rave reviews. For reference I have been using Drunk Elephant Framboos (which I had been obsessed with for years) but I'll probably switch to using only Liquid Gold. I have fair skin that leans to dehydrated and is susceptible to irritability. Have had no adverse reactions to using it.
I have been using this now for 3 weeks, as per the instructions and have not used anything straight after and have loved the results. Prior to using it my skin was oily (from using masks at work daily) with breakouts but dry at the same time, unable to absorb the moisturizer. Since using this my skin feels lighter, less congested and more hydrated. After a day of wearing a mask this has really helped with my chin area and my skin looks smoother around my eyes, where some small lines had formed. After applying it the first time there was a noticeable tingling but nothing terrible and almost felt good like it was doing something. Highly recommend this easy to use product, only needing a little bit each time it is going to last me a long time! Converted!
I have read a lot of reviews about this product but having tried many similar products I generally prefer physical exfoliation. I have to admit this product has converted me. I do have sensitive skin so I use this sparingly and on some nights I swipe it on and leave for a couple of minutes and then wipe my face with a damp flannel. I haven’t had any adverse reactions and my skin texture and tone has definitely improved. I took this on holiday with me and found it really useful. Also great for tidying up dry cuticles and tidying up fake tan. A really great product!

If you want clear, glowy skin get this asap. Just for clarity, I have very dry skin, I usually use this once a week or bi-weekly, only more if I feel any spots coming through. I wouldn’t recommend using it too often as no one should be using any acids very frequently on their face so don’t overdo it! It does tingle a little (more than the other 2 I’ve mentioned) but I don’t mind that. It has a more liquid/toner type consistency compared to the other 2 which are more like gels - I use a cotton pad to wipe this over my face as I find it too thin to put straight in my hands or on my face.
If you want to wake up to GLASS SKIN you must try liquid gold. I have oily/combination skin which has genuinely never looked better. I’ve found it has really helped texture and pigmentation, my skin feels so much softer, clearer and brighter. I use this once or twice a week, at night, on its own (without moisturiser on top). It has also helped with blemishes and dry patches (esp at this time of year) although I do tend to top them with a gentle cream to lock in moisture. Just make sure to follow with SPF the next day (as you should everyday).
One of the best products out there on the market. I actually used this on the dry spot on my arms after my shower and the next morning the dryness was almost gone. Kept using for a few days and no dryness at all. Don’t let the fact that it has glycolic acid in it deter you. It actually repaired my skin beyond belief. I’m in my late 40’s so to find something that works so effectively is a miracle. I now use it all over, face and body where needed.
