I got about 4 different Alpha bomber jakets, but I keep receiving compliments about this jacket. Everything about it is top notch. The dark urban camo is sublte, the faux-fur collar comfortable, the jacket well insulated for wintery days (maybe not the lowest lows we get, but it's warm!). I had to return it, sizing was a bit small. Next time I’ll listen to what the site says about the sizing. I thought the sizing chart was incorrect. I was incorrect. The return policy was fast and great! Buying a second one! I put down the sizing is just right. I just ordered a size too small. My fault not the company.

Great jacket with a perfect slim cut for a slender guy. I’m 6’4” and 210 with an athletic build and I normally wear a Large regular, but I had to size up to a XL slim fit to get the arms and length long enough for me. My biggest gripe is the “remove before flight” tag has been replaced with one that just says “alpha industries” and it’s thin and cheap looking ribbon so I just took it off. It would be nice if they actually put a thick embroidered remove before flight tag, that would take the jacket up another notch.
Great jacket, I’m 190cm / 100kg amd XL fit me perfectly. The length of the sleevs is great and slim waist design looks much more better than some other models I tried. Will buy anotther one with bit more insulation for colder winter days.

I bet they have people there shipping new product, I receiving payments. But all of the “refunders” are on holidays. So now I’ve got 1 jacket that cost me $560!! I bought my listed size (M) this time, and it's a little tight in my chest when I try to put my hands in the pockets (6 ft, ~40"chest), but the listed measurements are otherwise solid. The waist can ride up a little while walking when fully zipped, but it's less billowing at the waist than the standard MA-1. It might look too tight when going for the pockets while zipped but fits perfect otherwise or when unzipped.I might get a large of the regular fit for when it's really cold, but, this is super warm (just required a little adjustment while walking now and again).
5’ 9” 190lbs, muscle and fat. Large Heritage was very roomy but way too puffy. Didn’t look good on me. Very nice jacket tho. Returned it. Tried slim fit large, but it was too tight in arms and chest/back. Couldn’t comfortably cross arms. Exchanged for slim fit XL, hoping for a little bit more length. Not used to shorter jackets. I also want to wear with a hoodie. 3rd and final try was a charm. Slim XL fits perfectly. 2 layers plus a thick hoodie and I can bend and cross my arms comfortably. It’s a great jacket!All this returning and exchanging happened within only 3 weeks and I didn’t loose any money. Great customer service. Thank you
As others have said, size up if you decide to get this slim fit version. I'm 5'10" 160-165 lbs and typically wear medium; after much research, I decided to size up and I'm glad I did. It still fits snug and if I had gone with my usual size it definitely wouldn't have fit. If you have wide lats like I do, it'll still feel slightly tight around that area, but definitely not uncomfortable.This bomber not only looks good but also keeps you warm. When I decided to get a bomber I specifically wanted something a little more puffy and insulating, not the thin/flimsy bombers you see a lot of nowadays. This did not disappoint. Thrilled I made this purchase!

The slim fit is very short. If you plan to wear the jacket with just a T-Shirt, then maybe it will be good for you but I suggest a Large. If you are going to wear it with a hoodie or sweatshirt and plan to zip it up now and then, do not get the slim fit. I am really really slim, not muscular, just slim, and I could not zip the LARGE jacket up with a sweatshirt without looking like a fool. If you ever plan on zipping up, then I do not suggest the SLIM. I was thinking of getting an XL but the issue is really the length.
