This is the best car stereo I have bought in years! I have a standard stereo size (1-din) which did not leave me with many options to get a screen installed. Then I was recommended the HALO9. All I can say is fantastic! The new Apple carplay looks great on this unit. Super easy to use, even my wife loves it. Could not recommend it more. Thanks guys!
There is moisture trapped inside the screen and it’s blurry and not nice to look at. Waste of money!
This head unit is an excellent upgrade and the optional features that Alpine has is by far the best for a vehicle that you don't want to cut in the dash to add in switches. The extra parts allow for accessories like lights or a winch to be controlled by the head unit. Definitely adds to the interior with the large screen for a slightly older vehicle. Very impressed with the quality of the unit and sound quality as well.
This is a great stereo.My vehicle will not hold a double din radio without considerable modification and this stereo fit perfectly.The screen adjustments allowed the radio to be installed without having the 9" screen blocking anything.
This unit was easy to install and great to use. Its so versatile and the large screen is easy to see so my eyes don't have to be off the road.The steering wheel control module is easy too. Program with a sony tv remoteReally happy
Looks very nice big screen great design but resolution you so low for 2020 it has a 2005 resolution maybe I'll buy the next version the next two versions that are updated no Wireless mirroring with my S9 that's crazy it doesn't have that .I have a Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX it has everything you want on the radio perfect resolution looks beautiful except the big screen of the Alpine but this Alpine is overpriced for lack of features and resolution this sound is superb I give them that for $800 the only thing you get is the largest screen and the Great Sound that's it anything else use below average. For me this unit work $500
Great head unit. One of the best units ive ever ran. To bad the install job was attocious and wires were twisted and taped with no connectors or anything. Looked like my little sister wired it. After spending mulitiple thousands of dollars here on my system I had to go elsewhere and pay to have it fixed ( second time it failed the first time car toys "fixed it") either way its a great unit just buy it elsewhere
