Bought these boots a few months ago and now deciding to leave a review.Great looking boots. I've worn them to bars and such on weekends when I don't ride and receive compliments regularly. The majority coming from the ladies ;). I love telling people they're actually riding boots and strike up a conversation that way. They're fairly snug but not uncomfortable even after going up half a size. Can feel the controls when shifting which is great. My main complaint is that the grip isn't so great. In the dry it's okay, but on wet days there's not much grip to make me feel confident setting my feet down. I have several tennis shoes that offer better grip in the wet than these boots.I've been riding for 13 years and safety is a big deal for me. That's the only reason ... MoreBought these boots a few months ago and now deciding to leave a review.Great looking boots. Camt fault them really. I made a mistake on mine that Inwas scraping my shoes whilst riding. That ate all the sole. Their soles are irreplaceable thus local shoe repairs cant replace the sole. But truly waterproof windproof. I could wear them all day and not get tired as theyre not heavy and have a trainers feel. For winter they do get cold especially around the toes. Average insulation for winter. Will need thick winter socks. So considering getting one size up V good overall

Had them for my first week on the bike and they’ve been brilliant! Some say it fits a bit tight but I had no issues, fitted perfectly for me with my normal size. The style of the boot is sleek yet racy. Does look like a F1 shoe! Since it’s waterproof, it gets a bit hotter but that’s what you get when going for the waterproof version. The quality is also very nice and it’s a super comfy boot. Would recommend!

Bought these for trucking around Seattle on my Z900. They are perfect in my opinion. Lightweight, comfortable, not too hot, and once they get broken in they are really easy to walk around in comfortably. Haven't ridden in really hot weather yet though. It only gets up in the 90's for two weeks in Seattle so I'm not really concerned about it. Only con would be the sole is pretty thin. A lot of walking will probably wear them out pretty quick. They look like soccer shoes when worn with jeans.
I’m waiting to take the MSF course and buying my first bike, in the meantime purchasing all the gear I need. Came across these Alpinestars and decided to purchase based first and foremost on the styling and second on the positive reviews. Received today and I absolutely love them! They look great on my feet and even more importantly they are so comfortable. I normally wear a 10-10.5 in street shoes. I heard they run narrow so I went with a size 11. Perfect! Can’t wait to start riding in them. Can’t say enough good things about RevZilla. Outstanding company!
This is great looking fairly comfortable shoe. Break in only takes 2-3 times wearing them. Easily wear these with jeans and no one would know they are "motorcycle boots" They are not overly hot when wearing them, and the size seems true to size. I wear 11 or 11.5 in all shoes or sneakers, I ordered the 11.5 and they fit great.I only have 1 minor complaint. I wish the tread on the bottom was a bit heavier, I have only had them a month and half and don't really see any signs of wear, but I haven't walked around a lot in them either. Pretty much ride and come home, so more time will tell. I don't expect anything to last forever, but I'm hoping the tread on the bottom doesn't get to slick too soon. But overall I like them a lot
These are an excellent alternative to a full boot when just commuting or taking short trips close to home. I have ridden in the rain with these and they kept my feet dry. I wear a 10.5 shoe and ordered the 10.5 in these. Due to their narrower foot print they are a little snug but I honestly wouldn't want any extra room in the end of the toe box. These are riding shoes not running shoes. Just like any shoe they will loosen up over time. Depending on the ground surface they can be a little slick at times so be aware of that. For a low profile boot/shoe I feel that they offer adequate protection. My one ding would be the velcro strap. I feel like that will be the first thing to give out on these.
Grabbed this product as soon as it hit shelf which was on a mind blowing discount!Definitely feel sturdy when you take a look at it but once you wear it it’s comfortable as well.Firstly I thought sole was too thin but it is not as thin as depicted in photos, so you get great grip there. Also adds few inches in height as well.I recommend to buy half or one size up than your usual size because they are narrow(Listed sizes are in US, so if you wear UK7, order US8.5 or 9, it will fit you perfectly)This was my second purchase from LRL, again Overall great product and delivery experience from LRL team.
Nice style, materials, and snug fit. However, the sole pattern has little to no grip and are actually a hazard to put your feet down on a wet surface. With so many painted crosswalks and bike lanes in my area, I'm afraid to use these shoes again after having a close call of dropping my bike while standing still. Forget about walking around very far. There's minimal padding.
Used these for well over a year now. I've even been complimented on the look of these because some people thought they were regular sneakers.Worn these through pouring rain, not a drop of water on my socks after. They keep your feet dry but with the lack of airflow, this isn't ideal for summer use. I have used them in the summer, they're not uncomfortable but you certainly feel the need for perforated boots on 80+ degree days.Overall, awesome boots, great feel, comfort and protection. They also fir true to size.
