Amazing boots! They are super comfortable and feel amazing my foot pegs. I would say if you have slightly slimmer feet it might be a good idea to order a half size down. I usually wear a size 8-9 shoe so I got a size 8 boot. It fits well but I feel it could be just a little more snug. It certainly helps if you have riding pants you tuck into your boot.... Show more

Fits great. Very comfortable for track boot and true to size. I'm not a fan of the zipper since access is a little tight. Would have preferred full buckles like the tech 7. But solid fit.... Show more

1st race boot
I bought these for track days. They seem to offer great protection and they are surprisingly comfortable with little to no break-in. I never understood toe sliders until my second track, definitely a need for pushing the limits. Essentially, they keep any part of the boot from catching when leaned over. The yellow is more of a canary yellow.Overall, really nice boots. I bought the Kenny Robert's version because they were on sale, although I am a fan. I would buy the Supertech R's again.... Show more

Fantastic purchase! Fast Shipping! Excellent Product!
Ordered these on short notice and needed them before the next track day event as the zipper on my old boots broke. These came in fast and were exactly as described! Incredible boots! It was a toss up between these and the Dianese boots, but so glad I went with these ones. Very comfortable, breathable and a solid fit! Love the plastic molded inner lining that allows me to get a snug fit while also taking off my boot in between sessions, but keeping the liner on allowing me to cool off.... Show more

Feels Like it's Worth the Money
The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I haven't worn them on the bike yet. The fit was true to size for me, and it feels like they would be very safe to ride in. However, I live in Florida, and it gets pretty hot in the boot really fast. I don't have a problem with my feet sweating, but I can tell if I had these on for a while, they would. The feeling of the boots on the lower part of my legs feels stiff/restricted, but not in a bad way. It feels like it would do a great job protecting the lower parts of my legs and feet. For any women looking to buy these boots, I wear a size 8 in women and the 40 fit perfectly for me. The only things for me are the zipper is hard to zip up at times and that the boots sorta look bulky, but not too bulky. They look ... (even though they are for men).I really wanted the vented black/white boots, but they didn't have my size available. So I got these but in the wrong color.... Show more

Great top tier boot
I initially had an issue where the zipper clasp on the left boot broke. For the first test fit indoors, I had the zipper all the way up, and everything secured. As I started walking a few steps, the zipper popped and upon further inspection, one of the teeth toward the top were bent and the clasp bent too. I was able to send them into Alpinestars for a free warranty repair(although I had to initial shipping). I suspect the stitching from factory was just a tad tighter on that side, as the right boot had no issues. If you have big calves and "smaller feet", this can make the boot a tad on the tighter side. I measured my feet and initially ordered a size 45 as my feet are wider than normal. While it fit great in most places, I had too much toe room and my ankle could ... I measured my feet and initially ordered a size 45 as my feet are wider than normal. While it fit great in most places, I had too much toe room and my ankle could wobble with thin or thick socks. I downsized to a 44 and the length is perfect, but it does take a little bit of effort to pull the zippers up in comparison (I didn't manhandle it when the zipper broke though lol). For reference in bald eagle sizes, I wear a 9.5w in Rocky Coyote Brown boots, and usually a 11.5-12 in street shoes with plenty of toeroom, but upsize due to width.Other than that, the boot has been great. The two boot design while awkward to put on and take off, provides confidence in protection. Took about two rides for them to break in and the non-venting model has not been a problem for me on 2hr street rides in 90*+ Arkansas weather. They aren't uncomfortable to walk short distances in. Just wobbly due to the heel and foot design.I purchased these boots back when they were $499 msrp(now $599) and was able to take advantage of a promo and RPM cash, bringing them down to the $370 mark, a deal I couldn't pass up.I would say they are a bit overkill for street use. Unless you also plan on tracking or just have the extra funds, go with the SMX 6 V2's. Other reviews stated they are more user friendly in terms of taking on/off and walking around while still offering good protection... Show more

Injured my foot wearing these boots
Not a bad boot overall but I was involved in a high side with them. My left foot was badly sprained and bruised while wearing these boots. I've also heard of someone else injuring their heel with these boots as well. Boots are a bit bulky when trying to operate shifter and brake but they are very comfortable.... Show more

Pros and Cons
These boots look to be quality made and offer great protection. However the inner/outer booty design makes it a hassle to get on and off as well as making them externally much larger than my current SIDI Mag 1 boots. In the end, I returned them and bought a new pair of SIDI Mag-1 which are a breeze to get on/off and are very slim and unobtrusive while riding.... Show more

??% ?? squid review
I got the boots cause of how freaking cool they looked lol there amazing tho There a lil bit awkward at first. I usually squid ?? ?? but riding in the boots the toes on the peg position feels natural. I will have to adjust the shifter a few notches up tho I was expecting them to be an entire deal to get on and off not at all they slip on and off easily. A lot of design and thought went into designing them. I highly recommend them HIGHLY. LOVE THE FIT THE LOOKS EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM When ordering get a size or size and half smaller they run big... Very nice boot.
Very nice boot but a bit much for me for non-track riding. Only do about 1 track day a year. It takes a bit to get into them, not terrible but a bit more than my old Sidi Vortices. The Sidi’s are still in reasonable shape, and probably not greatly less protective. I found the inside top collar did push into my leg a bit as well. They are sized well, despite a lot of information that they run too big. I got a 43, which is what I normally wear in euros sizes, and they were just right.... Show more
