Delivered on time (guaranteed 48 hour shipping).Package was wrapped really securely. Bubble wrapped and taped well.The fire stick works with my tv (Sony Bravia KDL 40HX750). It took a little tweaking and a lot of sweat at first since the HDMI did not fit properly at first (the tv's fault since it's really old and the ports may have rusted a little bit or something). Bootup took a little longer since the software had to be updated twice.After maybe an hour or half, we finally got it to work and now we can use our tv again. We even got to download APK Disney +. (The steps I followed are in the picture)

We've got a Samsung 32-inch, 6+ year-old TV in the bedroom, and its access to apps has slowly decreased over the years to the point that we barely use.This little Amazon Fire TV stick has breathed a life of air into it. Easy to set up, an extra cable that was slotted into the cable tidy and we have all the apps we want again. The large (15cm) dongle hides behind the TV frame (just) so we don't even see the difference but gain the benefits of a modern app TV.Brilliant and highly recommend if your old TV struggles with modern apps.

However, patience is needed for all the various passwords and permissions! When you get past this it works very smoothly.

THIS FIRE STICK WAS A LIFESAVER FOR ME. I COULD NOT GET NETFLIX ON MY SMART TV. I AM A SENIOR FEMALE AND SPENT MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO FIND OUT THE REASON. I STOPPED AT YOUR STORE TO PURCHASE A FLASH DRIVE AND WHILE THERE DISCUSSED MY PROBLEM WITH ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. HE SUGGESTED I PURCHASE A FIRE TV STICK LITE WHICH I DID. HOORAY, IT WAS A SIMPLE MATTER TO CONNECT IT TO MY TV AND I NOW GET NETFLIX WITHOUT GOING THROUGH ALL THE STEPSNEEEDED TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE. I AM ALSO GRATEFUL TO YOUR EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED ME.
It is an absolutely basic tool, they should remove it from the market and leave only the one that also allows you to control the volume. It is the era of automation, offering a product that provides a half-solution is useless, inefficient, crude, rude. The price should not define the quality of the tool, the benefits, the versatility. At the time of purchasing I did not notice that detail and I grabbed the first one I saw since I had already had it before and both had built-in volume so I considered that to be a fact. Now I have a tool in a corner because as a practical solution it is really terrible.
I needed access to Amazon Prime from a large TV with USB port but no "smarts". The house has complete wifi coverage. the Fire Stick Lite needed only a USB to connect and the credential to access the wifi network. Amazon Prime and other included services are easy to access using the Fire remote. Performance has been excellent in terms of picture quality and lack of hiccups seen with the cable connection sometimes. Switching the TV from the USB HDMI source back to the cable source disables the Fire "Anynet+" connection, so no Amazon connection is active when you do not need it. The Fire Stick Lite version provides what I need for less than than full feature Fire Stick.
