I like the product because it has all 3 ingredients that way you don’t have to buy each individual one bottles. And this product is affordable and smells good and lasts a long time. Nothing to dislike about this product.

My husband and I both use American Crew 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We love the scent and the way it lathers up. It leaves my hair soft and manageable. My husband's hair is coarser so he uses an additional conditioner after he has washed his hair with Amerian Crew. This is the first shampoo in 30 years that we both love and use.
My male friend loves this American Crew 3 in 1 shampoo product. He said that he loves the fragrance, &, it cleanses nicely, &, makes his hair healthier, &, shinier, &, also softer. Yes, it does lather nicely, he said. I ordered 2 of them middle sizes. 1 for him, &, 1 for his Twin Brother as a early Christmas present. They both love it. I've been trying out different shampoos and body wash. Some were good but too expensive, almost all of them would dry out my skin. I came across American Crew as it has good reviews from other websites. This particular one (from Home Essentials Direct) is most likely not authentic as it is way cheaper than American Crew from their website. I still decided to give it a try after reading the mostly positive Home Essentials Direct reviews. I am not disappointed. It smells good and my skin isn't dry. This 3 in 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash is my favorite now. Whether it is fake or not, it still has quality and I recommend it
My husband loves this stuff. He actually uses the tea tree one, and I admittedly use it sometimes too lol I like that it’s very tingly and refreshing. My boyfriend is the one who gets his product and he likes it. My issue was with the shipping. There was no type of seal, wrapping or a protection for this product it was just tossed in a box and ended up leaking because the box was smashed during delivery. I just think it’s basic care to at least wrap the product. The things I get shipped from a retailer are in much better condition than this.
Honestly I can't rave about this product enough. My dad, ex, and husband all use and love this product. It's refreshing, it smells nice, it leaves your hair clean. It's not overly soft but does add shine and moisture to hair. I've bought so many products for my husband to try, and he hasn't really liked any of them. This one leaves his (thick, coarse) hair looking and feeling great! He says it's a good body wash as well. Overall, I've bought this for 10+ years and will continue to do so.
I don't normally leave reviews, but this is an awful product. I ordered it for my husband because of COVID-19 we've been unable to go to the grocery store to get his normal products. I needed some hair products I normally use and figured spending more on his was worth not having to go to the store. My husband only used it a few times as shampoo and broke out in hives all over his hands, neck, and scalp. Thank god he didn't use it as a body wash. For a $20+ product, I expected a lot more from this. We'll go back to using his cheap drugstore shampoo.
