I have purchased this 3 times and been super happy however this last bag seems to not desolve in liquid it turns to a hard chewing gum consistency which makes it impossible to swallow. Not sure if there has been a change in ingredients or something to make this happen as it's never happened before with this product.

Given that the recommended dosage of this is 1g per day, and this is 1kg, it surprised me to learn that the compound is apparently not incredibly stable. It is recommended that it be stored in the refrigerator and used within 12 weeks. Unless you have a commercial sized application then this is not good value.

I have purchased this 3 times and been super happy however this last bag seems to not desolve in liquid it turns to a hard chewing gum consistency which makes it impossible to swallow. Not sure if there has been a change in ingredients or something to make this happen as it's never happened before with this product.

It is recommended that it be stored in the refrigerator and used within 12 weeks. Unless you have a commercial sized application then this is not good value.
Only used it 3 evenings since it arrived, but so far I'm very happy with it. It has made me more relaxed heading into sleep (no busy feet) and I have slept really well (no insomnia). I feel like it has also settled my tummy. Early days but so far so good. I am taking about 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of water around 7pm (2-3 hrs before bed).

My doctor said the chemical formula for magnesium glycinate is the magnesium salt of glycine (one magnesium and two glycine molecules), and is sold as a dietary supplement contains 14.1% elemental magnesium by mass. Accordingly, 141 mg of elemental magnesium is contained in 1000 mg of magnesium glycinate. So this formula cannot be only magnesium glycinate and must contains other forms of magnesium to make up the difference and why my allergy. The packet doesn’t list the manufacturer so you can’t ask. I initially purchased the magnesium glycerinate in the 100g bag to give it a go, and when I started taking it, I noticed a difference! I wasn't craving chocolate/sweet things as much and my overall mood was better - this was just taking the RDI for women of about 300mgs a day. Once I finished this bag, I was happy to purchase the 200g and continue to see the benefits! However, when I received this one, I noticed it seemed like a slightly different texture and even with increasing my daily dose, I'm still craving chocolate again. Anyway, I know moods/cravings fluctuate, so I'm just hoping I'll notice a difference again soon. This product has helped tremendously in calming down my anxiety, and helping me to sleep. It was a bit of an adjustment getting used to using digital scales to weigh it, but I quickly got myself into a routine.
Magnesium Glycinate is one of the listed Magnesium salt that is easily absorbable into the body. Given the fact that Magnesium is responsible for the buld up of aboout 300 enzymes in the human body, it should be an effective remedy to cure any ailment arising from these deficiencies. I am taking it for the purpose of eleminating of my allergy to fish and prawns and hope to be able to achieve my purpose. I shall report later if I were to get any positive results.
