The gel is okay. It saved my browlift disaster (overprocessed and fried) which was strong enough to straighten and fight the frizzed up strands, but the pen is unusable to me. The strokes are dark and thick. Maybe I'm storing it wrong but it just always draws on too thick. =(

Lobe this mini package deal. The brow pencil is a little light. Also I couldn't get the Jar of brow freeze open for the life of me. My boyfriend even had a hard time for a while before finally getting it open. The product dryed to the cap. So you know this stuff keeps the brows in place. A little goes a long way. So white pilling. Also comes off easily with cleansing balm and water.

Bought this set as I really enjoyed using other brow products from Anastasia Beverley hills, and have been using their brow pencils, brow definer and the pot in the summer. But this brow pen doesn’t work as well as I imagined. First week using it the ink is almost like transparent, very very light, but as I have never used it before I thought that is supposed to be like that’s, until one day all in a sudden lots of ink comes out all at once and it was very very dark and hard to control the flow.

The brow pen is really nice although it is quite dark, if your natural brows are thick and darker coloured the pen will work well for you. My brows are a little lighter so i do need to be very careful when I use the pen. The pot pomade thing i dont feel works that well for me, maybe it’ll work well if you have thicker brows.

I like this kit. The eyebrow pen works really well and makes the thinnest "hairs" of any brand pen I've used. And I've tried many. The brow freeze works great and does create a laminated look. My only complaint is that I simply could not get the lid off of the brow freeze. Try as I might it would not budge. Finally had to literally smash it with a hammer to get it open. Now the lid's ruined. Why do companies make packaging that is impossible to open? I have no dexterity issues. I see packaging that is nearly impossible to open not just for cosmetics - but across the board of consumer products. Ugh!

Starting off, I like the gel and I think the brow pen is just okay. But I think the brow pen is a lot worse when used with the gel. The reason being is that the pen doesn’t draw well or at all over the gel. The pen ink, literally just doesn’t appear unless I draw over the same spot repeatedly. The pen works fine on bare eyebrows and on my hand, but with the gel, it’s basically useless. It’s also no point to apply the pen before the gel, because the way I apply the gel moves any product I apply beforehand. For reference, I use a spoolie to apply the gel.I would repurchase the gel alone, but not the pen. Even though the pen works ok by itself, putting it in this kit with the intention to use it alongside the gel is a bit redundant. If you’re interested in using both ... Absolutely horrible. Bought this in store and could not open the jar. Had to resort to prying it open with tweezer.. THE JAR BROKE MY TWEEZER! Like what is it made out of?!?! THEN my broken tweezer stabbed me in the thumb (that parts on me).. now looking at the reviews I’m glad its not only me who couldn’t open it. One cut, one puncture wound, and 30 minutes later.. finally got it open. You may be wondering “why didn’t she just bring it back?” I’m ask myself the same thing as I apply intense pressure to my wound. Sephora.. DISCONTINUE THIS.
