Totally understand covid is causing lots of delays but how about a reply to a email. Shocking customer service. Wish I reviewed rugs a million before purchasing and would of seen all the shocking reviews and purchased elsewhere.

The rug arrived at our front door 2 days after placing our order. The rug is as shown on you website,colourful and durable and perfect for the space.

Description & Pictures are just as described! Amazing quality rug for a great budget friendly price. Super soft & the durability is amazing. With 1 dog (pictured) & 2 toddlers, it cleans so easily & stays looking clean unlike so many other rugs I've been through & could never revive. Shipping is fast also. You won't regret these amazing rugs! I've had mine for about 1 month, my lounge room is a high traffic area yet the rug still looks & feels brand new not only in pictures but in person aswell!!
I bought 2 of the 2m x 2.9m for our dining/lounge room and they look beautiful. I specifically wanted polypropylene because this is for a holiday rental house and needs to be durable. It is quite soft to touch and the colours are perfect. The rust colour is as described, even though the photos vary a bit in colour.
