Anker, defers delivery to Amazon and as in my case when Anker describes two orders in same package and their's only one, they follow Amazon playbook and blame the customer. Anker is unwilling to speak, tells customer, "look around" in your tenement ask your neighbors if they've stolen your cables. If after who knows how long you still can't find it Anker let us know.What Anker no longer mentions is that on cables I have received that the collars around heads are no better than what Apple used to give away, save difference that when the wires pop out, Apple stood behind it and gave you new cable. Anker's support is no where to found, maybe I should bring cable to factory in China and will see what they do.

Since I found Anker, I never buy any chargers or cables anywhere else. They are durable, fast just like they say, and don't have problems connecting to devices like, android auto for example, the way you do with other aftermarket cables. I only bought these cables because we recently moved and I can't find ours, NOT because they don't work! :)If I had any criticism, it would be that they don't come in different colors. I prefer that everyone in the house have a different color; the kids have a habit of misplacing theirs and just claiming mine!

Both cords have a strong mildew smell. I tried putting them outside in the sun which did not help. I then put them in a plastic bag with paper towels soaked in essential oils. No luck with the oils either. The cords still have the strong mildew smell. Wrapped these in double plastic before discarding so the the smell doesn’t transfer to my garbage can.So disappointed in Anker! It has been my %231 choice for cords, charging blocks and plugs.

I absolutely love the Nylon that the cord is made of. So much sturdier than the one given from Samsung. These DO fast charge if you are using the fast charge wall charger. They will not fast charge if plugging straight into a USB port which I am completely ok with. The expensive cords that Samsung provides continually broke where the wires enter the USB plug and this was beginning to get expensive. These cords do exactly what it states they will at an amazing price and seem sturdy and well made to boot. I highly recommend.
These chargers are very good quality and work very well. I would highly recommend them. The chargers that came with my new tablet took about 7 hours to fully charge and these take only about 4 hours. The length is fabulous too, long enough to charge the tablet when using it.
This is really a great deal for 2 cables. I spent a lot of time searching for the right product and you can easily find the same thing online for double the price. These cables are exactly what I need for charging my Google Pixel 2 phone and Macbook Pro laptop. The 6 foot length is great and makes browsing while charging much more comfortable. The cables themselves are sturdy and charge quickly. You will need to purchase wall adapters separately.
I like these charging cords very much. I have a Samsung 20 fe and these cords charge lightning fast. I use the Samsung plug in and attach these Anker cords. I should have purchased longer chords for convenience but these are great. I use two in my house and one in my car to attach to Android Auto. It is compatible with android auto and hooks up each time without fail.
We have our original cables for night charging and then travel cables, and random cables around the house. Other than the original -- which are ridiculously short, we only use Anker. Appreciate the six foot length. They're the only ones that work as well, if not better, than the original.
I have had this just a month and a day and this part of the cord is either defective or poorly designed. Mind that I have been more cautious with these cords as I invested more money and want them to last longer. I will have to search through storage for my second cord and hope that the other cord does not share this issue. If I find it does then I will be downgrading the rating to 1 star and finding a different company to utilize (unless otherwise resolved).
3 Great cord lengths, and fast charge too. I use these for charging my new Samsung S21+ phone. I had an older model phone that didn't use USB C ended cord, like my new phone, and several Samsung Fast charger blocks that use USB A. So, with these charging cables one end goes in my old charger power block and the other end (usb C) in my new phone. My phone recognizes the charging wire and I do get a "fast" charge. I can also plug the USB A end in my car usb port to charge my phone when I'm in the car and this saves me from buying an adapter. SO HAPPY!
