One thing about the light is it's a bright white light, so when looking at someone across the table over the light it's a little harsh. I wish it had one less brightness setting or maybe a warm white setting option. I live in tornado alley and this spring has been ACTIVE. During a recent storm in the middle of the night the sirens went off, we lost power for about an hour, and I was prepared with our Anker 548 Power Bank. While we huddled up in the storage space on our lower lever, this thing gave us light and peace of mind about using our phones to track the storm with our local weather team. I didn't have to worry about depleting my phone and not being able to check on family/friends or call for help if something happened to us. It was also great to have the SOS feature we could active if needed. The Anker 548 Power Bank has a screen that shows you how much power is left and all the buttons are pretty easy to figure out. A few things are buried and the instructions weren't the best, but I'm good about pushing buttons until I figure out what everything does. I can see someone less tech savvy having some troubles with some functions because of this. The 2 USB-C and 2 USB-A options ensure you have options for charging, though I do wish it had come with a block to plug it into the wall instead of just a USB-C to C cord. I know brands are moving away from including wall blocks, but not everyone will have a USB-C. I don't have solar panels, so can't speak on using them with this but it's nice to know it's a sustainable option. The Anker 548 Power Bank is great for camping and emergencies and I'm incredibly glad to have had it during our last storm. With the reliability it's shown, a sturdy build, and the 3-year warranty this is a worth-while investment.

Both brightness settings are very strong. It has two usb-c and two lighting ports. In my photos you can see that I was able to charge my MacBook, AirPods, and this phone all at once. The device does take a long time to charge, which is to be expected, but the charge it has will hold for a long time when the device is not in use. The charger shows you how many hours of charge it has left. The more things you do with it at once, the less battery life it’ll have. The screen will update to show you how much time is left. Of the different features this power bank offers, I really appreciated the ability to charge from using the included universal- C cord or from USB enabled cord. While there was function to charge the unit from solar powered energy, I was not able to utilize this function since I do not have solar panels in my home. Another feature of the Anker power bank I find useful is the lighted lantern top which is multifunctional as a simple light or as an emergency signal when SOS button is engaged. The unit itself is substantially heavy for it's size. Doesn’t quite hit the mark

First and foremost, I want to say this product definitely works as it should for the most part. That said, it’s not the most practical. I use this daily for changing my computer and other various electronic and it gets the job done more or less. However, the output/input on the usb c is maxed out 60w and even though the max output for the unit is rated for 87w, using the other ports in combination will drop your charging output considerably. This battery bank is much larger than it needs to be. I assume they were going for a lantern design, but this could definitely been made into a smaller footprint since all the weight is in the bottom third. The display is very limited in functionality. Even a simple change of settings for the unnecessary large buttons would bring a better experience. The light turns on far too easily. It would have been better to have the display turn on/off with a single press and a double to turn on the lantern and a press and hold to adjust brightness with the current layout. The SOS button is next to useless because it would be rarely used, if ever. And just like the light button it’s too easily pressed. Yes, they have it recessed but because the button is so large it may as well have been raised. They should have at least set a long press delay for it to activate. The only other issue I’ve had is after I slow charged gone battery it wouldn’t fast charge again until the battery happened to be drained. Honestly, this product needs a refresh, especially at its price point since there are competing products out there from reputable companies that offer the same for factor with much better functionality such as higher output and faster recharging with a near equivalent capacity. With that in mind, I can’t recommend this battery if you plan on using it for any kind of daily use. This better used as an emergency lantern and battery bank second. Hopefully this is helpful. These are points I wish I’d known before I purchased. I would completely return or exchange it if I could.

On paper, this looks like a good product. The execution is not there.USB ports are lower grade than 737, the 737 supports PD 3.1 which can power devices up to 140 watts and recharge at 140 watts. Whereas with this, it's limited to 60 watts in/out no matter the port.You can't charge anything with a low draw like an Apple Watch or else the ports will auto-shut off after 15 minutes - not an issue with 737.With two computers plugged in the powerbank locks the total output at 80 watts. 737 can output well over 120 watts with three ports going.When using all ports, and then unplugging C1 cable output power crashes from 80 watts to 20 watts. The light is dim and return service is horrible

I purchased this power bank for a camping trip. Firstly, it's heavy, the light is super dim, and it doesn't hold multiple devices in a certain amount of time as advertised. I attempted to reach out to Anker to initiate a return and was told that they provide a 30-day guarantee. However, they can only reimburse shipping costs in accordance with their warranty guidelines for quality-related problems, such as confirmed defects. Therefore, they are unable to provide a shipping label for me. They offered a 10% refund if I am willing to keep the item to avoid the hassle of a return. That is like $13. Really! However, I still want to return it. I went to two different shipping locations to have the power bank shipped back to Anker. I can get about 5 days of charging my phone and a couple of flashlights (not from 0 to full) out of it. I have seen someone briefly get 80W or something like that out of it but I have no clue how it will do it. If you have something plugged in to only 1 of the USB-C ports, it will do 60W as advertised. Plug in something to the USB-A port while you have something plugged in to the USB-C port, it drops the power to a trickle for the USB-C port. That's my only complaint but there is probably something more to it. I don't have a laptop small enough to test that. Max charge input is 54W and it takes 3 and a half hours to charge from 0-100. Definitely something I would recommend if you deal with hurricanes and you don't have a generator.
