I have a variety of portable chargers from Anker and other brands. This one however has become my default for any trip and around the house. Why? Well OK its a bit bulky but it has such an immense power reserve and importantly quick charge and recharge that it allows quick top ups at any brief stop. Anker have launched ones with even faster charge/discharge rates but I can’t see much real world need for this extra speed as this one will spit out well over 60w.I use mine with a hard shell case that was about £15 and I have started using 30cm cables that fit in the lid of case. So one unit about the size of a large Redbull Can will do all my charging of phones and apple watch for 48h or more. The onscreen display of 100% battery and the visible charge/discharge rates ... MoreI have a variety of portable chargers from Anker and other brands. Love it!

Once charged, it has the ability to provide stable output to my laptop to provide up to half charge in my Ultrabook, multiple full charges in my phone, or innumerable charges for my mouse or earbuds. The display on this battery was not something I paid much attention to when I ordered, but I use it a lot already, as its very helpful to have something more specific than "one of 4 dots" or a simple "charging light". Instead, I can tell immediately how long my battery will last, how much power is available, or even how much time it will take to get to full recharge.I cannot recommend this product highly enough for a traveling professional that needs fast, stable, flexible power. One reminder - there is no charger in the box! Make sure you either order one at the same time you buy the Power Bank, or that you already have a quality charger. Your old "standard" 10W or 15W charger will require extended charge time to get this power bank to full readiness.

This thing rocks. It’s absolutely perfect with a SteamDeck. The whole battery fits inside the little indent in the carrying case (for both LCD & OLED models, but the LCD case fits better). Yeah it sticks out a fair bit, but the elastic band does keep it firmly in place. You can also wrap a USB-C cable around the battery (around the long way, looping between the gap in the straps at the left and right sides). It can charge the steam deck about 1.5 times. With the LED model this gives you about 4-9 more hours of gameplay depending on he game. On the OLED you can get a solid 12 extra hours. The best part by far however, is that this battery supports simultaneous charging and discharging, and can charge at a faster rate than the SteamDeck can drain it.So if you have this ... MoreThis thing rocks. The OLED can pull a bit more power when charging powered off)Overall, super worth it.

Despite some weird shipping errors that had it criss-crossing the country for weeks before it arrived, it finally did. I love that it's an incredibly powerful power brick. The plan was to use it to power astrophotography telescopes and equipment on a dark sky camping trip, but it did not arrive in time for that. So I tested it by charging flashlights and cell phones. It works great for that and the display is nice and easy to read. What I don't like is that while it comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable for charging, it does not come with an AC adapter to plug into the wall. So that's another expense. Though I suppose if you already have one of sufficient power, then it a savings not to have to pay for another one. Also, the two USB-C connectors on the device itself are hard to tell which is for charging and which is for not. It would be nice to see a slightly recessed area on the surface or an easy-to-see different color to differentiate the two ports. I don't have young eyes and I often work in the dark, so that would be helpful. All in all, however, I can't imagine ever needing more power for mobile devices than this thing provides and can't wait to use it for what it was originally intended!
I'm a photographer, videographer and drone operator. It's often annoying to find your batteries running low, usually just when you need them. So I wanted a power bank that was powerful and portable. I chose this, Anker is a make I've used a few times and they make good quality gear. First impressions were good, comes with a handy pouch and decent USB C to C cable. Charging was quick and the display clear and helpful. So far I have hooked it up to a Dell latitude 510 and it was charging that at around 50w, then tried the drone batteries as you can see 30w performance, limited by the charger but going strong. Time will tell, but with a couple of 100w multiple ended usb cables it should be useful for work and hobbies its also a nice design. I own several smaller power banks and they all kind of have a role in my power needs when I'm living out of my car on the road. Some Anker, some off brand but I DO love Anker.I mistakenly bought one of the smaller brothers of this one and found out that it would NOT charge my Macbook air, after the fact, (my fault for not reading specs) so I decided to bite the bullet and pay the extra (and buy another) and get this one specifically for my laptop needs. The display is awesome. You get ALL your info with wattage going in and out of this bank. It also tells you how much time you have to charge or left to use, which is awesome. It also charges really quickly with a higher wattage brick through USB-c. I since ordered a higher wattage output brick so I assume it'll only charge faster when plugging into that instead. It's a touch on the heavy side but this isn't really made to go in your pocket. I feel like it's a final step before you end up getting the small generator sized power banks but still a perfect size to fit in a small bag or backpack. As far as charging my laptop....my first use, my laptop was at about 20% when I stopped at my resting area for the evening. I managed to charge my Macboook Air to 100% and watch about 3 hours of videos, streaming from my phone as my hotspot, and the Anker battery still had 50% life left. I was stunned as I thought it would have drained it pretty well.I love this thing so much that I actually just ordered a 2nd one (they are marked down quite a bit on some websites for Memorial Day weekend). It's very solidly built.
First, never pick a battery based on the mah (milliampere-hour) numbers they advertise. They are an arbitrary number based on variable conditions and it is a pointless unit of measurement. You want to look for the watt hours. This is a much more consistent unit of measurement that will give you a better understanding of a battery banks true capacity. By law they have to list it on the device somewhere and are supposed to list it on the oackaging but I find that finding that information on packaging is almost never followed through. This unit is stamped with a capacity of 86.4wh. In my testing it actually has around 74.5 which is ~86% of the states capacity. Usually higher end trusted brand batteries have around 90% of their advertised capacity. This number is consistent over several charge cycles and with several months of regular usage. It dependably delivers more than 100w through a single usb-c but while I have seen it reach and maintain around 130w`s, I have yet to see it actually deliver 140w. Used with Ankers own 240W charging cables.Second this device has an upgraded version available with over 90 watt hours and wireless charging and Bluetooth connectivity. Which is why I can’t recommend this device.

The display shows the charge rate for each device. Another display screen shows the charger's battery health, temperature, number of battery cycles, and other info. Note that the power bank includes a usbc cord to plug into a wall charger, but it does not include a wall plug on the device, nor a wall charger to charge it up. I have a high capacity wall charger that charges it quickly. Your power bank re-charge time may vary depending on the capability of the charger you have.
Anker has reached a pretty reputable status at this point. With that said, this power bank is really a big hefty beast. It has weight to it, and conveniently comes with its own carrying pouch. The included pouch makes this hefty power bank even more portable. The pouch has enough space to house the power bank and a few cables (like 2 or 3). With 20.000 mAh of power, you can be assured that the Anker power bank will keep your devices powered when traveling or even during emergencies (like power outages caused by severe weather). The amount of charges the bank can offer all depend on how many devices you charge and their required sustenance. The amount of charges the bank can offer all depend on how many devices you charge and their required sustenance. Another detail I'd like to add is the impressive speed at which the bank can both recharge and power other devices! It is rated to power devices up to 140 watts and recharge the device itself up to 140 watts. In order to take advantage of this particular feature, I recommend you to use a USB C cable capable of outputting 140 watts or more. Likewise, whenever the bank's battery drains and needs to recharge, I too recommend a 140 watt capable USB C cable so that the power bank could recharge to 100% in just 30 minutes. Do keep in mind however, that when recharging the power bank, you use a power outlet/block capable of outputting 140 watts. Anything lower will increase re-charge time. I can confirm that the power bank can re-charge at relatively fast speeds using an output of 100 watts though. It took about 45-50 minutes for my power bank to go from 0% to 100% by using said output. Using your cell-phone's block charger can juice up the Anker power bank, but it will most likely take hours before it can reach 100%. Overall a great power bank with impressive charge %26 re-charge speeds, as long as you have the cables/power blocks capable of outputting at least 140 watts.
