This simple power bank serves its purpose, with 2 USB-A & 1 USB-C ports, it should handle your charging needs. This device however does give new meaning to the term 'power brick' as it Is HEAVY. And for only having 20,000 mAh, I wasn't expecting a device so robust as I've owned lighter power banks with more juice. The single button informs you of available power (1-4 white dots, the more dots the more available power), & you should have a 100 watt or better plug to refill the power as even then will take several hours.

I ordered a āreplacementā powerbank from these clowns 3 weeks agoā¦still havenāt received it and all theyāve done is offer excuses so Iāve asked for a refund - now they wonāt respond at all so I guess Iāll file a complaint with VISA AND MY BANK! Buy from āNiteCoreā instead I think their products are probably far better so thatās where Iām taking my money!

When I received my purchased Anker 335 power bank on July 16th, I had been using it for 12 consecutive days. During 12 days period, this power banks had been recharged from 1 indicater light to 4 full indicater lights for 4 times but 1 USB port at the left bottom corner stoped functioning after the 3rd full recharge of the power bank. Quality build. Enough back up power to keep my phone topped off several times. I try not to let my phone run down to near empty. So a power bank this big will last awhile before needing a recharge. Comes with charging cable that also works with my phone,so that's a plus. Only downside for some might be the weight. Definitely not made to carry around all day in your pocket. weight didn't effect my decision, it wasn't something that concerned me. I wanted a bank that had a higher capacity with the ability to charge two items at the same time. And that's exactly what I got. So the large physical size and weight are not an issue for me.
20,000 mAh capacity? Check. Plenty of ports? Check. Sleek design? Check. 20W charging power? Not originally on my checklist, but check! All of these and the other fun bells and whistles Anker includes with their products add up to a great power bank experience. You definitely get what you pay for.
In my experience, the actual charging SPEED is slightly slower than the last Anker bank I owned, but the amount of stored charge is a fair amount higher as a result - whereas the old bank would have lost 1 or 2 pips doing a full charge on my phone, this one didn't even lose the 1st pip until almost 1 and a half full charges of the same device.A little big for my pockets, but that's the tradeoff!
I own an older model and love it. I recently purchased two of this model and love them too. One was for me, the other for a gift. They absolutely work as described. The charging is fast and multiple charges before needing to recharge the bank.
Charges my EOS R6 in camera quickly via USB-C but wonāt (as expected) power the camera itself. Powers and in camera charges my Sony RX100M7 also my external Sony battery charger from the USB-C or USB-A ports. charges my iPhone 8 and iPad Pro and everything else that I have that will charge via USB. Recharges quickly itself with my Anker 4 port USB-C charger bought at the same time. A bit on the heavy side but that would be expected for its capacity etc
I had an anker power bank die on me and customer service gave me 3 options for a replacement with a slight discount as my existing product was out of warranty. I was struggling to judge which product would be most comparable to my existing small charger and the agent assured me this was the smallest/lightest of the 3. When it came it was massive and very heavy, like carrying 4 large phones with you. I truly donāt understand what this product would be useful for as it would not fit in most purses and be a massive burden to carry around. I returned it.
I want to start with the fact that I'm from Ukraine. I bought this poverbank for my mother that she always had a mobile connection and could have light in her home. and he does a great job! Nothing extra, just two main ports and a button that shows the charge. quite massive, but it's ok for 20,000. mom can charge her simple mobile phone a few times, and connect the table lamp so as not to stay in the dark. also I can use it in the hike so as not to take two smaller power banks. thank you anker, everything is great!
