Anker does not stand behind their products - fire hazard!!!
Purchased the older version of the this battery for my son to use with his phone. The battery started swelling… so much so that it burst the plastic shell on the battery and is obviously a dangerous item which could explode and catch fire. We all now how dangerous lithium batteries can be when they catch fire. I contacted Anker with pictures of the bursting battery and respectfully asked for a replacement. Anker refused saying because I couldn’t read the super small, dark printed and rubbed off serial number on the black battery, they “couldn’t tell what model it was…”??? (eventhough it’s obvious from the multiple pictures I sent them) ??? Anker refused to provide a replacement!I own a TON of Anker products and batteries going back years and not one has had an ... I think I will start buying Baseus batteries from now on because Anker wants to nitpick over a dollar instead of supporting the customer.... Show more

Decent Power, but lacklustre performance
This Anker 20,000mAh power bank is quite sleek. The build quality is great, and it is not too heavy. It has two USB-A, one USB-C, and a micro-USB port. I haven't seen a micro-USB port on any devices for a long time, and I thought they would be getting phased out by now and certainly not included on devices in 2024.The round button, which when pressed gives an indication of the power remaining via four lights, was showing two of the LEDs. So, I began to charge it, and when I checked on the charge status, it was still showing two lights. I thought there might be something wrong with it. However, I left it charging and checked its status intermittently. Eventually, it changed after several hours. I can't remember how many hours it took to charge fully, but I think it's ... I can't remember how many hours it took to charge fully, but I think it's the longest of any power bank I've owned. It is very slow to charge.I think I got about two full charges for my iPhone 15 Pro Max.Overall, it's not a bad power bank and would be ideal for charging phones, earphones, tablets, etc., but it's limited to 15W output.I think there are far superior power banks available for a similar price that have 100W charging capability, have much higher mAh, and of course, will recharge much quicker.... Good for big game pack hunts
I bought one before my last solo elk hunting trip and I'm going to buy another as I tend to use electronics more than I care to admit during my hunts. Worked great, got 4 + charges on my stylus phone, plus recharged my head lamp once. Always recommend keeping close to your body during extended periods of exposure to cold. Freezing temps wreck havoc on any battery so no docked points. All the hunters rave about dark energy but this weighs about the same and is just as durable so far and for way cheaper. Would recommend to any outdoor enthusiast:)... Show more

Good power bank
I bought this on the recommendation of my daughter who has one and was very impressed by it. It came with a little change in it. It is about the size of my iPhone 14 but quite a bit heavier. It has 2 charging ports-a USB A port ie a standard USB port, and the more modern, smaller and slightly easier to use USB-C port. The ports you use for charging devices are both standard USB-A ports. I found charging the unit with an ordinary 1W charger took forever! I therefore used my fast 3W charger and the ISB-C charging port and it charged to full from half full in about 3 hours (can’t remember exactly how long so don’t hold me to that but it certainly charged a lot quicker). You can vary the power output from standard to trickle charging. You can also check the charge left ... Great specs for the price point - and an 18 month warranty...
Anker has steadily grown to become a well regarded electronics brand. My partner has bought a couple of their portable speakers in the past and they've been a good balance between decent specs and a fair price point. As is the case with this power bank. It is a little more expensive than some - but worth the money and it comes with a reassuring 18 month warranty.Another plus point here is that the online description is comprehensive and accurate, telling you all you need to know about a power bank that's definitely worth considering if you're after reliability and versatility. It’s fine
I don’t get why so many people are whining about the lack of included cable. The cables are extremely common to have and it’s common for tech nowadays to (unfortunately) not come with charging cables. What is worth criticizing this product for is that it doesn’t have output of USB-C. Thats ridiculous, no phones nowadays even come with USB-a cables in the box. I honestly can’t recommend anyone buys a portable charger without USB-c output. The micro usb input is also extremely random, like thanks if it was 10 years ago? would’ve been much better just have an output usb c.The item works fine. But it’s completely outdated and I wouldn’t recommend it to literally anyone in this day and age. Also one of your tech reviewers that you showcase literally advertises scams to ... Large capacity, quick to charge and quick to charge items from.
Very well constructed and finished with a very minimalist vibe to the design. It feels very robust and solid but is not too heavy, given it's size and capacity, and is quite slim making it good as a travelling option. It has a small four dot display light that gives an indication of how much charge is held in the power bank, which is very useful. It charges, via a USB C input or via the micro USB port using the charging lead supplied, quite quickly. It has two USB IQ charging ports which can be used at the same time enabling two devices to be charged simultaneously. The USB C port can also be used to charge an item making this a very versatile power bank.It enabled me to charge my S23 phone within about an hour, from a very low state, with plenty of charge still ... Lots of charges, buy your own charging cord
Purchased this for a 7-day vacation in a foreign land. Worked great, charged an iPad mini and iPhone several times over the week, without needing it's own charge up. Once home, plugged it in with the cord that came with it. Checked it after 8 hours of charging, but no change so left it overnight. Next morning, still showed no increase in it's power bank. Long story shortened: Had to use a higher capacity charging cord from a different device to get it to recharge. The cord that comes with this device isn't meant for its own charging.... Show more

Super powerful portable charger
I ordered this as I wanted a portable charger that is at least 20,000mAh to last for long flights for my iPhone or iPad. Anker is a well known and trusted brand and I'm glad I went for this. It's naturally quite heavy due to the 20,000mAH of capacity, but what I like about this is that it's fairly slimline. I like the texture on the casing and the product feels very premium.I also like the two-way USB ports and fast charging capability. The only thing to bear in mind is that the portable charger takes a long time to charge itself compared with other chargers, but not a big deal if you leave it charging overnight.Overall, this is a great product and I'm very happy with it....
