Anker went ahead and knocked it out of the park, again with this product. Wireless charging from a bank that is roughly the same size as my phone, makes for super convenient charging on the go.Plus, you can wirelessly charge, USB charge, and USCB C charge all at the same time. Charge the bank via USB C and wireless charge over night. I put it into trickle mode for overnight charge. The only thing that would make it better for me would be if it could charge my Samsung Gear III Frontier, but the wireless charge even in trickle mode is too much for my watch. Two cons I have to mention and have nothing to do with the quality of the product.1. Good luck finding any documentation for this product online. I had to call in to get specific product info, and the Anker rep had a hard time finding it.2. What's with the tiny carry bag it comes with? It doesn't fit the bank, just comes to the edge of it. I like to carry a cable or two in the case like with my other Anker power banks, but cant get one in this bag.Other than that, a really great product.UPDATE 12/29So I am not sure if it's because of using my phone (Samsung S8+) while it's wirelessly charging or maybe a defect I've read from some other reviews, but I started with a fully charged power bank, and only after charging my phone for about an hour, maybe 20%, I've gone from 4 power level indicators down to 2. I am in the process of reporting the problem to Anker. More to come when I hear back from Anker.

I'm a huge Anker fan. I've owned numerous charging devices, battery packs, ear buds, etc. I was excited to purchase this as I love Magsafe, but many of the portable battery packs that are for Magsafe don't have USB outputs to charge other devices. When I received this the first thing I notices is that the Magsafe connector is not raised high enough off the battery pack. Those of us using Lifeproof and other high-quality protective cases cant get a firm attachment to the pack, which defeats the whole purpose of having a Magsafe pack. I'm not going to forego the case as it is perfect for protecting my phone, and when you spend north of a grand on a phone that is a significant concern. I'm sure they work fine as battery banks, but they fail miserably as a mount and go ... MoreI'm a huge Anker fan. Anker is by far my favorite brand for power banks. I remember when I bought my first power bank from them years ago and I was skeptical. After so many years of using them they’re the one brand I trust for power banks. This power bank is amazing and has excellent capacity. I let my coworker use it to charge his phone. The first time it was on 4% and it charged his phone to 78% in 2hrs. Anybody who has used Anker power banks should probably know about the LED indicator lights. Each one stands for 25%. After my coworker charged his phone all four LED lights were still on, telling me it hadn’t reached 75% yet. The next night he uses my power bank again. Not for as long this time, maybe 30mins. That’s simply amazing. You charge this power bank with USB C, you can charge your phone either wired or wirelessly. I haven’t drained this power bank down to 0% yet but when I brought it home and charged it while I slept, it was done and full by the time I woke up. You can charge your phone on the power bank while charging the power bank itself at the same time.I feel like this power bank will be reliable for me for a very long time. If you are looking for a new power bank or never bought one before and are looking at this one, I can tell you Anker is a great brand to buy a power bank from and their power banks won’t let you down when you need one.

Probably the best option available right now if your priorities are everyday usage. If you're on the fence about getting a powerbank with a wireless charging panel then I'd bet on you appreciating it much more once you have had it for a while, and using it more than you expect. Even if you carry the cabling with the bank in its included sheath, the bank will still wirelessly charge through the sheath and does not need to be unpacked (may not be true if you are using a case). The only way it could be more convenient would be to make it something else, like a case or attachment. The capacity could be doubled for a similar price but then you're looking for something more for long trips than every day. The capacity could be doubled for a similar price but then you're looking for something more for long trips than every day. This design is well positioned in the exact center of usage, which is why it is my only current powerbank.I would appreciate a higher-end option that is slimmer, but I also expect that to be on the way. It would also be nice if the bank could detect a device without being woken first, if that is feasible in terms of idle power drain. The little kickstand could easily have been designed to prop up the bank, rather than separating the phone from the charging pad. These are my only nit-picks. Will probably stick to this for a few years until the design is standardized enough for a much higher quality version to become available.
Instructions aren’t clear. How do you turn it off when it’s still trying to charge wirelessly but no device is attached? Green light blinks and blinks… Not even clear that the USB C port is for both charging and being charged. And once it ran down it seemed like my phone began charging IT. Also, how bout some specs? Like charging speed and capacity? Still, very useful device for $50. Time will tell how reliable it is.
instructions written in a bunch of languages, all in one guide or 34 pages! You have to read your language on one page and jump over 4-5 pages to go to next stepm=, which is really aggravating. Waste of paper! They are wrote up in black and white, yet the charger has different colored lights, off, white, green. I called to find out what the green light meant, the lady said there was NO green light. I saw it on the two that I purchased. She again said no green light on this charger,So I dont know what it is for, did not see it in guide, and since the guide is only i black and white, the light examples are useless! They should rewrite the guide in color and put it on the net, for us to read, AND TELL US WHAT THE GREEN LIGHT IS FOR! I was hoping the phone would be magnetically attached to the charger as are all the other magchargers. It does not magetically attach. I was hoping it would magnetically attach so I could continue to use the phone while charging. It is not very easy to get the phone charged, its not as easy as just placing the phone on the unit and walking away. You have to press a button to activate the unit and make sure it is activated (sometines it does not activate), place the phone in the proper position, most of the time you have to move the phone around to hit the charging spot.
Worse charger I ever purchased. I've been charging it over 24 hours and it won't show more than 2 led lights. That's what it had when I bought it. The instructions for charging this piece of junk is worthless. I even call customer service and spoke with Justin and he didn't know anymore than I did. I was told not to press the button that shows the led indicator lights. Then what the blank is it doing on the charger. I even looked up YouTube videos hoping to figure out how to charge it and watched 6 different YouTube videos and not one of them told how to charge the powercore sense 10k charger. Everyone of those people talked about removing it from the box, bragging about the soft cloth back, and then they would show them charging a phone. As somebody stated here that it did not come with a charger but I do not know any powerbanks that comes with a charger and if it does you are paying for it.What you get in the box is a mesh case, the charger and a usb c to usb c cable. I have plenty of charger and I specifically use the Anker Nano as it has a usb c in their charger. So why is it awesome.I do enjoy the ability to charge up 3 devices at the same time. I like to be able to have the option to put the powerbank and my phone in my pocket and to know that the device is charging and not having to worry about cables getting crushed in my pocket or getting caught on something.I will say that my least favorite feature is the device stand. I do think it serves it function and is useful if needed.I will say that the power bank does seem sturdy and is about the size of the phone as well. Some of my favorite things on this powerbank are the following:1. I like the rubber grip on the QI, I like that it should help reduce any slippage and yet not overly taking over space on the powerbank2. I do like how sturdy it feels. The material it is made of is not cheap.3. At 10 k, it has enough to get charges to any of my devices individually or at the same time.4. I do like the trickle charge technology as well.5. Probably my favorite one of them all is that as you charge this powerbank that you can also charge another device through the QI port. I call that a game changer. I mean it can charge phones, earbuds or other devices while it is charging.I hope when you get one that you will enjoy it as much as I have with this one.
That devices no longer come with charging adaptors maddening to me. I mean, at least Anker could recommend the ideal charging adaptor as an option, at checkout. Nope... now I have to sort through their extensive catalog of 20W, 30W 45W and 60W adaptors to find the minimum 18W adaptor that is recommended to be used with the device. I'm not an electrical engineer, so I have no idea if the higher W adaptors will overcharge/destroy my device or, at minimum, reduce its lifespan. That whinging aside, the device is well thought out... attractive, functional, and seemingly durable, at fair price. A larger mAh capacity would be welcome, but (obviously) not a deal breaker for me.
