This is a chunky, dual-port USB-C power bank. It is surprisingly heavy, so take note if you are thinking to travel with it and other electronics as you will have to place it in a carry-on rather than the hold.Functionally, the charge delivery to a single device or pair of devices (phone and ipad in my case) was consistently fast and even though the display usually said the output was 9-15W it certainly seemed to be charging those devices faster (my phone registered as 'super fast charging (which should be >25W).The display generally displays helpful information (charge remain, time to recharge), but could probably be replaced by a series of LEDs as the information does not really convery more data than the standard simple metrics. My iPad mini runs out of battery fast - I bought this so I could fully charge it a couple of times and not be out of luck if I just grab my bag and go. So far, it's worked wonderfully and charges everything I throw at it.The display is great! I love that it shows just how much current is being delivered to each port. This lets you know how charged a device really is, even if it just has a "charging" led. Once the power drops low, you know it's in the last 20% or so for most devices, so if you need, you can stop charging early. If you have dumb devices that charge with a USB-C cable, they may not charge from the USB-C ports on this if the manufacturer didn't add the appropriate resistors to the device. Many don't. Usually, these devices come with a USB-A to USB-C cable. Using an adapter and that cable, this should properly charge your device.

Anker has been my goto for battery packs about 3-4 years. They may not be cheapest, but very solid and simple. I was excited to see this new pack with a display. I really wanted to move beyond counting LED to know how much is left. Also it can tell you charging rate, how cool!I received it, and construction is solid and very good. However, C1 has an output capacity of 30 W, while C2 has 45 W. For me, this was not intuitive, but I only discovered by trial and error. And although the screen display indicate which port is C1 and C2, it would’ve been nice to have marked that next to the port as well.Despite its weight, this is the power bank I will be relying upon.

Nice but limited

I have purchased 12 000 mah slim version and later bought its charging stand. Today I have tried to use it for the forst time, to charge my Samsung laptop and after 5-10 minutes it turned off and showed 0 charge. But about a month ago I have fully cherged it. I put it to stand for charging and it stopped at 70% charge level and no going further. I wonder is that some kind of battery care function or what? I tried to download Anker app and add my power bank, but wasn't able to turn power bank's Bluetooth option. So I guess Anker has limited this power bank and didn't put BT option... Come on Anker, I have paid almost 200 usd for this device with stand and it has no BT, no any info about charging limit... I'm gonna start this review out with the negatives; first this thing is pretty chonky. The width is over half my 20k iniu and its even thicker and the same height. The only other negative I have is the price, this thing is spendy, but I think it's worth it.First I have a second 10000 mah (that I'm now thinking is around 6000 mah) charger which takes 4 hours to charge, this took less than an hour. The screen is pretty awesome, it tells how many watts are charging it, and how many watts it's using to charge anything. Works great, but.....

I have this battery's bigger cousin which I love, but was bigger than I needed so picked up the smaller version. There is one major flaw on this that is preventing this from being a 5 star. I like to be able to plug my partially drained battery into my 30watt wall charger, but then plug the battery into another device. Lets say my laptop is topped off, but I've work to do for 20 minutes and have access to power. If I plug this into the battery bank the laptop will siphoned off 7 watts of power keeping it topped off leaving 27watts left to top off the battery. This works fine on the 20AH version. But this does not work on this version. This is such a common use case for me its really annoying it doesn't work.

[Rewarded Review] Good luck with anker "support" team

It stopped working after only 7 cycles of use. It no longer takes a charge despite whatever combination I try between the charging dock, anker prime blocks, cables and wall outlets. I tried all the recomend i came across an threads, including resetting it by glugging in one end of the cable to 1 port and the other end of the same cable to port 2. I eamiled their technical support and they just recommend i try another cable and outlets, simple things anyone with common sense would try. After i replied to that email they sent a link to "proceed to specialized services" and all thats on the link is a space bar to describe you QUESTION in detail. I dont have a question, i just want my product repaired or replace, it is only a few months old and has only been used 7 times
