They come with several sets of tips and wings - I find the medium size fits me best. As I wrote on Soundcore's website, be careful with tips that are too large as I completely lost all bass during initial testing. The case has a nice matte finish to it and is very easy to slide open. The Qi charging works well and battery life is consistently 5-6 hours. I do recommend downloading the app and playing around with the various sound profiles. I use the HearID profile and for me it delivers the best balanced sound. Finally, the other feature I particularly like is phone call quality. I make calls to my family with Google Duo and they tell me it sounds like we are in the same room. When I'm in my basement office with fans blowing and TV noise in the background I'm still able to make business calls and have clients/co-workers hear me. With all that said I would highly recommend these to anybody looking for high quality TWS headphones. I have also purchased Soundcore's Liberty Air 2s, and Life Notes from Best Buy as gifts and the response has been excellent.

Love them so far. Sound amazing with the app!

The ear pods sound great! Just popped them out the box and as soon as I slid down the case they went into pairing mode and paired pretty easy. I used the set up it came with at first with the wing and end pieces but changed them to the larger size to fit my ear better. Comes with 4 wings, 6 ends I like the end L+ which adds bass but still fits good. Had them on for a while and didn't feel any irritation. I downloaded the app and did the hearing test. It basically showed me the I hear WAY MORE in my left ear then my right!! I then selected the preset of hip hop eq.. for a bit, it was alright. but then tried the recommended adjustment from the hearing test and have never heard my music this way!!! It makes me want to listen to my entire Playlist to see what I was missing all this dang time!!! The highs, low, and mids are on point in my opinion, especially for the price!!! I still haven't tried the advanced Bluetooth settings but I will update later after I have tried it.

The earphones sound really good, the bass is punchy and sharp, but not muddled, the highs are high and bright, the middles are clear. You can't mistake them for big speakers in a room or anything, but are probably the best in ear headphones I've tried, having said that I've never tried anything super expensive. The sound isolation is OK, about what you can expect from such earphones. There is no active noise cancellation, not that they say otherwise, just I've seem people confused about it.The weight is OK for me, they are on the big side, but are comfortable to wear, with the wide range of different tips and wings you can make a good fit. They never fall out of my ears, but YMMV.There is on button per earphone, one tap on either is play/pause always. They never fall out of my ears, but YMMV.There is on button per earphone, one tap on either is play/pause always. Then you can use double tap and hold 1s+ for the following functions : Volume +/-, Voice assistant, Next/Previous song. And that's about it about the interface, works fine for me. Auto pause when you take them out of your ears would have been nice. The battery life is incredible, I've never had them ran out on me, the box claims 8 hours play time on one charge for the earphone and 24 more hours with the case. I've no idea if that's true as my commute is short and max I've listened to them is 4-5 hours without getting them in the case and they were at 40% so it's probably a good estimate. My main issue with them is that in the application there are presets/equalizers - but they are very ambiguous - stuff like - Rock, Jazz, Pop, Flat, Vocal Booster. There's no preset that's - NO preset, or disable EQ, or just custom EQ where I can move the sliders however I like, so mostly I use the Piano preset as it sounds most natural to me.There is HearID in the app, which basically plays sounds and you press buttons when you stop/start hearing them, then it makes you a custom preset that's supposedly best for your hearing (left/right ear is different etc). I never use it and I think it's more of a gimmick, but maybe somebody will find it useful. So yeah if I had custom EQ it would have 5*. But overall super pleased with those earphones.

I use these while mowing the lawn and they work great.Connectivity: I've only had one experience where the left earbud wouldn't properly connect via Bluetooth. Very annoying, but relatively easily remedied by returning the buds to the case and turning off and then on again the Bluetooth on my phone. I wish these were the newest version of Bluetooth that would allow seamless switching between two devices but, alas, these are not. You will need to disconnect from an existing Bluetooth connection to then connect to a new device. The app is cool. It has some nice presets and does have a feature that custom detects your specific ear's ability to perceive various frequencies. Mine tells me I can hear all the frequencies presented though so I can't really tell if this feature is accurate or not. Maybe I just have perfect hearing. My wife doesn't think so.Value: these are far superior to the less expensive earbud options I have listened to and far superior to other Anker earbuds I own. Once you own these you won't want to go back to anything less. I strongly recommend them to you.

Self tailor to fit for maximum comfort and secure fit. Second best quality is the sound customization. Download the app and take the hearing test for left and right to personalize sound quality for your hearing abilities, which is great for me since I have sensitive hearing, annoys others when they try to be sneaky and whisper and I still hear them from across the room. In a lot of reviews I read, the charging case, customization, and app sound customization were all the leading positives, and I have to agree. The negatives, I agree with other reviews that it is a shame there is no volume on the actual earbud, but I'm not to upset about about that, but that would up the game. I'm excited to see how long they last, a year, 2, 3? Always room to grow, plus I've had these buds less than 6 months, so 4 stars for now.For the price, I love these earbuds and believe they are heavy competition for the big brand names that cost hundreds for supposed superior sound quality.

Unbeatable sound quality! Mic is a bit delayed.

Pros: Audio quality is great. I've had these for 1.5 years and just bought a pair of Sony LinkBuds S which are a brand new Sony model. Anker still has Sony beat on music sound quality. The app makes it so easy to adjust frequencies. The wingtip ear pieces make the fit absolutely PERFECT. Wireless charging for the case is fantastic.Cons: For Zoom/Teams meetings, I feel like the mic is delayed. I used these for nearly a year and didn't realize how I was always a few milliseconds behind in the conversation. Viewing past recordings of meetings, I realized this, and decided to purchase another pair of earbuds strictly for Zoom/Teams meetings. If you're not using these for calls and just the occasional listening to music, you will not be disappointed in the sound quality.

Upgraded from Liberty 2
26 May 2020

I purchased the Liberty 2's a few months ago and was very impressed with the performance out of them. I wrote a review on them already expressing my great experience with my first pair of wireless earphones. That left me curious what improvements the Liberty 2 Pro's have over the regular Liberty 2's. I just received my Pro's a few days ago and I can already tell that they're going to sound fantastic when I get them burned in perfectly. The more I listened to the Liberty 2 the better they sounded (as is the same for any head/earphones. Burn in isn't noticeable in lower end models but can slightly improve the performance of mid to high end buds or cans). Right out of the box I noticed the dual driver set up in the Pro's. Burn in isn't noticeable in lower end models but can slightly improve the performance of mid to high end buds or cans). Right out of the box I noticed the dual driver set up in the Pro's. The large 11mm single dynamic driver handles the low end beautifully and the balanced Knowles armature is brilliant. Bringing to life the mid range and high end frequencies of my music. Anker nailed it perfectly with the combination of the two. There's no fancy touch surfaces or anything you'd find on other buds that sell for twice the price. I personally like having a single physical button to press on the top of each bud. You get satisfying click when you press them and they control playback and your virtual assistant as well. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of ANC (active noise cancellation) but you really don't need it with a perfect seal when you fit the proper silicone ear tips which Anker supplies a generous assortment of for you to obtain that seal. They also include three different sets of "wings" to secure the buds firmly in your ears. You need not worry about losing one of these little guys. The same goes for the regular Liberty 2. The Pro's look almost identical to the regular Liberty 2's with the charging case being a different colour and texture to the original Liberty 2's. The buds carry on the same flat grey colour to differentiate between the two. Overall Anker has definitely designed a winner in terms of sound stage, sound quality and price point. I'm truly a fan and converted user of Anker Soundcore products. I was hesitant to get the Pro edition because the regular Liberty 2's sounded so good, but I purchased the Liberty 2's as my first pair of wireless earphones so I stayed on the cautious side of my dollars and cents but have not a single regret or negative piece of feedback about upgrading to the Liberty 2 Pro's. They're definitely worth every penny, especially when comparing to other higher end wireless earphones on the market that are twice the cost. I can easily justify the expense of the Liberty 2 and the Pro's. I couldn't say the same for a pair of Sennheisers it B&O's. They're simply too much money for what you get. I'm from Canada and the two names I mentioned start at a price of $399.00 which is ridiculous and out of reach for a lot of people who love music and just want to experience their tunes in quality hi-fi stereo as any music geek or dare I say audiophile does. Great work Anker! You've made a new long term customer out of me!

Working Great for Three Months and Counting

I have used them daily, typically only the left one, listening to audiobooks or podcasts while doing work around the house. I have used both at the same time to listen to music, and the sound is very clear. It's a bit bass-heavy, but I prefer that to an anemic sound. They include several sizes of earpieces and there are three sizes of the "wings." It might be tricky getting the best fit, but they're definitely more customizable that most others that don't have the over-ear hook. The spindle for the earpieces is of a size that lets me use some foam earpieces if I want more drastic sound isolation. The app does a pretty outstanding job customizing the sound profile to your preferences. Definitely did a better job that I would have done with a 7- or 9-band ... MoreI have used them daily, typically only the left one, listening to audiobooks or podcasts while doing work around the house. Definitely did a better job that I would have done with a 7- or 9-band equalizer. The charging case is of a nice, small size, and I bought a cheap Qi charger so I can just set the earbuds in their case and set the case on the wireless charger at night so they're ready to go in the morning without having to deal with plugging anything in.The five stars are for how well they do what they're built to do, but there is one thing I would like to see changed with a future firmware update. You can customize the actions of the button presses, but ONLY if you have both earbuds in at the same time. If you only have one earbud in, it is limited to the default action of that earbud, and that can be problematic if you'd like to adjust the volume. Ideally a future firmware update would let you customize button-press patterns for each earbud so you could pause/play, adjust volume up/down, skip forward/back, etc. with each earbud individually.
