This pair of headphones are refurbished and price is good compared to buying them new. When I received them it connected to my phone but only the right ear bud would work. Followed the reset procedure in the manual but didn't work. Had to look it up online. Found another way that did work but did fix the issue with the left ear bud not connecting.after reseting the headphones they would not connect anymore. After several times they finally connected, I guess I got lucky. Now both earbuds had sound and connected every time I got them out of the case. Sound while listening to music is good. Sound while on the phone is not good at all. Volume seems very low most of time while talking and it cuts in/out. The touch controls are not very responsive. Some time they work and other times they don't. Volume is only controlled through the device they are connected to. Comfort is decent, but they don't seem to stay in place very well. I had to keep fixing them after some movement so they would fall out. I don't think these would be good for the gym. For the refurbished price it's a good buy. They are good for music but not for talking. I didn't like that I had a hard time to get them to work, but once you do they worked fine.

I purchased these headphones in January of 2019 and within a week, I felt supremely confident that I found a gem - these headphones offer the same, if not superior quality, comfort, and convenience as Apple AirPods do - but for a significantly lower (and reasonable) investment. I opted for a pair similar to the AirPods because nowadays, technology is almost obsolete the day you purchase it and any significant expenditure (in my opinion, $50 or more) in a pair of headphones is much a fair pill to swallow if (and at the time of purchase, my belief was ‘when’ not ‘if’) said headphones are supremely lacking by next year.Backed by an 18 month limited warranty, I felt confident in my purchase, and as stated above - I was astonished at the value and quality these ... MoreI purchased these headphones in January of 2019 and within a week, I felt supremely confident that I found a gem - these headphones offer the same, if not superior quality, comfort, and convenience as Apple AirPods do - but for a significantly lower (and reasonable) investment. I contacted customer support and submitted a claim for a replacement. Kaya, an INCREDIBLE agent, guided me through a hassle-free claim for a replacement pair. When I say hassle free, I mean - she made a warranty claim CONVENIENT. Just imagine - a convenient warranty claim?! My experience with warranty claims has been such where I anticipate a lengthy, evidence based, almost argumentative conversation where ultimately, you use the wrong word and aha! You’re done. But Kaya and Anker were shockingly - human! Seriously. If you’re on the fence, buy them. And contact Kaya if you have ANY questions or concerns. I’m a customer for life and I genuinely believe it’s because of her and her commitment to the customer. I could go on for forever but my remaining characters are running low haha! just buy them. It’s SO worth it. And don’t bother comparing with Apple. Their headphones will absolutely be obsolete by tomorrow, unlike Anker Soundcore. And - they don’t have a Kaya!

The best under $100 noise cancelling headphones that I have tried. Many features and I like being able to connect to my work laptop for calls and meetings while simultaneously connected to my phone for music and everything else. Both connections using bluetooth. They sound good too!

I love the sound on these,, the quality is very exceptionally good. Playing music the sound is just awesome. I actually have to take out at least one of the earbuds to hear what someone is saying if they are talking to me because if I don't I will not hear a thing,,The noise reduction is just that good! the sound is just that great!it sounds like car stereo! soundcore you out did yourself! I am very pleased with these. 10 minutes equals to 1 and a 1/2 hours talk time.. only takes about 20 minutes for a full charge.. I would definitely be wearing these to work we'll come back and write another review and let you guys know how they work at my job! The best $50 I spent yet. Let's see if this lasts for at least 6 months where I won't have to buy another pair I'll come ... MoreI love the sound on these,, the quality is very exceptionally good. Liberty Air Bud Headphones are very comfortable. I wanted to try completely wireless earbuds for a multitude of reasons, and I was able to find these at a very reasonable price since the Liberty 2 was released. The sound is fine. Not outstanding like my Audio Technica over ear, but still quite good; nice flat response, neither boomy nor tinny, just nice sound for voice and music. Connection to bluetooth is the issue. The left earbud cuts out regularly and must be reset. I mean regularly. This is very annoying and very frustrating. I'm on my second pair after returning my first pair for no sound in the left earbud. This second pair gets sound, except when it doesn't; then it does, then it doesn't....Very difficult to listen to sometimes. When they work, they sound good. When they don't, I get the right channel only and think, "they should have worked this out before they went to market." Good sound, flawed technology still in the pre-release beta stage.
Good sound quality especially with the excellent app. Very long battery life. Somewhat tight fit on my large head and this creates a small contact point on the top my head. Padding is not adequate for me. I fixed the problem by adding foam piece on both sides of the painful contact spot. Looks odd but fixes the problem.
New to the wireless headphone game, so I only have cheaper headphones to compare to, but these seem like solid headphones. Sound is good, mics are good, bluetooth connection is good, and touch controls are responsive. The only problem I have with these is that one of them likes to fall out of my ear. This could totally be due to an awkward ear shape for my ear because the right one rarely falls out. I also don't have anything more expensive to compare these to, but I don't particularly remember anything like this happening with wired headphones I've used in the past. Other than that, I do like them. They are good value for the price.
Great truly wireless headphones. The product is very useful and easy to use. just pair it with your device and keep the Bluetooth on, and they'll automatically connect right after you open the case. The buds fit good inside the ear and seal off much of the outside noise just by being there. they produce good sound quality, and free of distortions. very rarely there is a glitch where the left bud disconnects and connects right back, but it is rare as i said. the battery life of the buds themselves is good, and the case provides a lot of extra charge. everything is designed very elegantly, however the case top feels a bit flimsy, hope it won't break easily. recomended purchase!
I got my pair last December and they have not held up well unfortunately. I would say the first week barely lasted the expected 5 hours for each use, then the lifespan decreased rapidly from there on out and can't even last 30 minutes now. The sound quality is great and the product looks incredible, but they aren't everything they promised to be and can barely do the one thing they are designed for. Along with the poor lifespan, they constantly fall out of my ears and I have to keep adjusting them to keep them in. I clean my ears regularly so I don't think it's an issue with my ear canal, and I've tried all the different size silicone pieces. I also have carefully re-read instructions and followed them clearly, and don't over charge my Soundcores, so I am confused ... MoreI got my pair last December and they have not held up well unfortunately. Overall for the price these are really good. Definitely some tuning required. One thing to say is there feels like something is missing in sound compared to my my first gen steel series Siberia, idk if it's the depth of sound or maybe it feels like the range of frequencies is less. It still sounds really good though when you turn the volume up and noise cancelling works well.
