Annie Sloan Versailles Chalk Paint is a pretty green toned Chalk Paint colour which has its inspiration from old French furniture. This lovely soft colour works well with many room styles, from a classical look to a modern contemporary decorative scheme. Finish this with Annie Sloan Dark Wax for a vintage look. A 120 ml project pot is enough to update a bedside cabinet or chair. For larger items you will need the 1 litre tin. Don’t forget to finish with lashings of Clear Wax or alternatively Chalk Paint Lacquer in Matt or Gloss to protect your masterpiece. I use the Chalk Paint Bristle Brush for my pieces of furniture, this allows me to build up colour quickly, and will give me a textured finish if I am wanting it. Alternatively, use one of Annie Sloan Flat Brushes for a smoother, contemporary finish.
