Anolon Advanced Home Bronze Nonstick 11 Piece Cookware Set

Being a professional chef who spends a good deal of time practicing at home, I'm extremely hard to please and tend to find fault wherever I can. That said, these pans (and the couple additional pieces I bought to fill out my cabinet) are the best I've ever had the pleasure of owning. They're heavy enough that they don't slide on a glass stovetop or granite counters, the anodized aluminum is so non-stick I've never needed anything more than a spray hose to wash them clean, and the metal is substantial enough that I feel comfortable moving them around, tossing food, etc (in other words, they feel like they'll hold up longer than I probably will). Fair warning, these pans will need a bit more TLC than some of the other ones on the market, but that is NOT an issue. They genuinely make cooking an easier, somehow even more enjoyable task, so I'm happy to take care of them they way they deserve.I don't usually give 5-star reviews, because it pretty much has to be flawless to get the fifth star. But these pans are as close as you'll get to the perfect set in terms of quality, variety, and value. My honest advice, buy this set AND the matching sure-grip hand tools. They work so well together, they look great in the kitchen, and the hand tools won't risk damaging the surface. Oh, and listen when they say you only need medium heat. These might take an extra minute to heat up, but they run like perfectly seasoned cast iron once they get there.Overall 5-stars, I really can't say enough about these, and I've been telling everyone I know to buy this set.

These pans are good for 3 years, then you may as well discard them! The nonstick surface wears off and the pan becomes useless! As for their "lifetime" warranty, don't even bother. They will tell you it's your fault for cooking with them and not offer any replacement/refund. The pans cost alot, but I figured with a lifetime warranty that it would be worth it. Not the case here! I ended up purchasing a new pan from another brand. Anolon should not offer a warranty, if they are not going to back it up! I would stay far away from anything made by Anolon!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this 11 piece cookware set because of the great assortment of pots and pans. The sizes and depth of the pieces are usually what you have to purchase in addition and it's a delight to get them in one set. For example, the large pot is deep and can hold 6L, hello chili! I know for a fact it can hold up to 6L because there's wonderful measuring lines on the inside of pot-how helpful! In addition, the large skillet and pretty much all of the sauce pans have a great design that is not only sleek but has a great depth to help prevent spillage and splashage. The one problem I have with them is the handle grip depth is longer than I'm used to and feels odd-not comfortable. I think I have to get used to it though. The silver edge of the handle has a great smooth design but I noticed on a few of the pans that the where the black grip cover meets the silver end lacks quality craftsmanship and both looks and feels poorly. I shouldn't be able to pick at a new handle and almost peel the grip up. The lids have a great design with a high handle that keeps your hand away from the heat -just a much more modern look than what's out there. What I really appreciate from the set is that you can use a metal utensil on them! How cool and rare to find! I'm always trying to be extra careful not to scratch my pots and pans, this is a game changer! BTW-they come with a lifetime warranty, need I say more!!!All in a all a great, practical, durable set-I wish they put comfort over the modern design.
