I have used this pan multiple times with numerous foods and sauces and have had many comments on its elegant appearance. It has a good solid heavy base with deep sides which reduces spillage is good for basting and works well on my induction cook top. It has a stylish handle is comfortable to hold and has a solid connection to the base. The Non slip surface is also excellent for sticky marinades and easy to wipe clean

I really enjoy using this product! Even distribution of cooking and keeps food hot even after the heat has been turned off for 10mins.Very easy to clean and look after!
Have been using this pan for awhile, and it is now my go to in the kitchen! Very versatile and can be used for a variety of recipes. Also love the non-stick when cooking, and very easy to clean after.

The pan/skillet I purchased 14 months ago turned black in the middle and lost its non stick feature. I never overheated it, never placed it in the oven and it was washed with a paper towel. I showed this to Anolon and they accused me of using the pan improperly. They are incorrect.
