This helmet was purchased because of the googles in a bundle it had. Wasn't sure how it would be but let me tell ya it's my first year snowboarding and I've fallen a lot! But this helmet has made it so every time I have I haven't hurt my head which is so great. I'd recommend this brand to anyone for you average mountain skier or you adrenaline rush park rat. It's also surprisingly super warm so no need for a beanie or any hat under it. All around I'd say this helmet deserves a 5 star for the quality and is very much worth the price!
Sweet helmet that combines as a skate helmet for the summer time. Can't go wrong. Fits true to size. I have a large and wear a 7 1/2 fitted hat for perspective
So I bought this helmet for my cousin since he just started snowboarding. He completely loved his brand new helmet. I know safety is there utmost importance when learning something new and I think this helmet will suit him well. Evo even price matched and gave an additional 5% to beat competitors pricing.
Switched from Raider 2 to the new 3. I like the Raider for it's simple minimalistic aesthetics, which only got nicer by removing front vent holes. The most awesome improvement is the new adjust fit system, that allow me to wear different kind of clavas under the helmet. If only the rear goggle strap clip was removable, I'd consider this a perfect helmet.
It's feature-poor.I thought it was a magnetic strap, but it's not.It fits my round head just fine.But it doesn't have a size adjustment feature either.There's also no mesh in the hole at the top, so I think it will get wet in the snow and rain.
Anon helmets are high quality and my latest purchase is of the Anon Raider is no exception. My daughter prefers these helmets when snowboarding because of their comfort, quality and because the look darn good!
Realized it was defected the first time i put it on. The right ear cushion fell off. I called for warranty but they told me to call burton. Called burton and said i had to ship it back so they can "inspect" it to see if it "qualify" for warranty. They said the process would exceed two weekends depending on shipping. I chose to just rip off the rest of the ear cushion and use it without it as I go every weekend. Now my ears freeze when i go to mammoth but hey on the brightside my skull is safe. 1 Star because I chose to keep the defected item to keep me safe every weekend.
