So far work great! Can fit 7 medium size chicken drumsticks (bagged those last night) with no problem. Have used for cooked grains and meats. If you don't want to use the roll and seal and cut own bags, this is worth the time savings.

I got this model because of the small size, mainly. However now that I have it I’m really liking the simplified built in programs. It’s so convenient. Very fun. It’s a little louder than my larger commercial chamber vac but that is to be expected maybe partly because of tue type of pump which is oil-free so therefore maintenance free but it is slightly more audible than the other larger vac I own. This thing is great.

These bags are great to season your meat, fish or poultry if cooking in the soups vide. Also great to prepare your proteins for air tight freezing.
I use both the pre-formed bags and the rolls of bag material. Both work well, but sometimes the pre-formed bags are more convenient. All in all I am very happy with my Anova purchases.

Since learning about sous vide cooking, I can enjoy being with my company and still know our steaks will be perfect. The size works for so many other recipes I enjoy.too. Summer is coming and steak is so easy without worrying if it over or underdone. It really is an exciting way to entertain.
The bags are very good. The Anova sealer is a little tricky at times. It can be difficult to use; lining up the bag can be a problem.
Easy to use and love the 'plastic neutral' bags. The Anova Precision Sealer really removes the air so I can freeze meat, fresh veggies and fruit a couple of years without worrying about freezer burn. I highly recommend Anova Precision Vaccum Sealer based on great reviews and my own personal use!
Nifty device that works exactly as it's supposed to. Great for packaging cooked meals for freezing, knowing they'll stay fresh for longer.
