A fantastic case, well built and superb quality
The brand seems to be really investing in quality. Having tossed this purchase up against a competitor product for a long time i'm happy to say i feel i went with the right choice. The quality of the shell, the specific material, interior, replaceable wheels etc really is above my expectation which was a delight. The handles, locks and general glide of the case when on the floor add a real tactile experience. I dont regret purchasing this over the other (arguably better known) brand case at all. This is the second case from Antler the household has bought and it will remain in my considerations should we need another in the future.... Show more

Antlers measurements questionable
I bought this suitcase because all my other suitcases have been made by Antler and I have been really pleased with them. Wanting a smaller case for my trip to Venice I was looking for one that I could use as a large cabin bag on Ryanair (20 x 40 x 55) This suitcase appeared perfect, based on the product information provided. When it arrived I got my tape measure out only to be dismayed when it measured more than 20cms deep while empty (see picture). The only way it can achieve the 20cms restriction on Ryanair airlines is by squashing the suitcase down from the outside, inverting the zip. It requires imagination to say it would pass through Ryanair measurement checks. I know John Lewis would have given me a refund with no quibbles but I have kept the suitcase because ... If anyone wants a suitcase to use as a large cabin bag on Ryanair I would recommend considering other brands from John Lewis.... Show more

First suitcase I've bought with
First suitcase I've bought with a lifetime warranty - if it deals with every trip as well as my last I may never buy another suitcase and possibly buy the set!The inside is well thought out; pockets, straps and zips all in the right places.Wheels are truly whisper quiet, aside from when the suitcase is full and going across a bumpy solid floor. The outside looks great. However, it is prone to scuffs. I have managed to buff most of the ones out I had from this trip.Cannot recommend more highly. That's 10 Antlers out of 10.... Show more

Great case
I needed a new cabin size case for travel. I have a few suitcases of different sizes but wanted a new hard side case for air travel. I researched quite a few cases, purchased this one and so glad I did.I travel for work and pleasure and can see this getting a lot of use.Fits a lot, used it for a 3 night stay abroad, packed all clothes, 3 pairs of shoes, wash bag, snorkel, handbag, hairdryer and straightners. I was impressed with how much it held. It’s a dream to roll, I have the small matching overnight bag too. A bag sits beautifully on top.Really pleased with it.... Show more

Great suitcase, but questionable warehouse quality control
The colour of the product is perfect and as it looks in the product picture. I go the forest green colour. The construction of the case seems top notch and clearly thought has gone into making this case. It runs so smooth on the wheels too. Quality on the other hand was questionable. Not sure if there is any sort of warehouse quality control as mine came with at least three or four marks on it brand new which is a shame and doesn’t bode well for general use when I come to use it. Just thought that when you buy brand new it should be spotless as brand new and not lok partly used on the outside because if the scuffs. Overall the suitcase seems decent and look forward to using it in September four my finances Disney vlog 😊... Show more

Lovely suitcase - quite large
The suitcase is lovely. Looks very good quality and well made. The inside is also good for organising clothes. We found it was a bit large for our requirements though (10 day trip for a teen). It was bigger than envisioned (even though we had the measurements!) so were worried about fitting it in the car with the rest of the family suitcases. It seemed sturdy. The handle was a little wobbly when fully extended but this would probably not affect performance. Would be great for an adult for longer trips although you’d need to check the weight allowance if you filled it. We already have medium Antlers which are an older design so a little smaller than this version. I think the medium icon would probably be more suitable for us for this length of trip.... Show more

Matte surface highlights grease and dust
This suitcase set is undeniably classy and easy to manoeuvre. The sizes are perfect, and the inside compartment means organisation is optimised. However, I did not expect the outer shell to be made of a matte material, which means that it attracts dust easily, grease marks are everywhere, and it picks up dirt like crazy. Before I even left the house with my new suitcases I noticed the grease marks and dust that came from handling my suitcase and bringing it downstairs. The unfortunate nature of the outer shell is worsened for me because I opted for a dark colour. Had the surface not been matte then the issue would not be there. I still rate the suitcase highly because aside from aesthetics, it is definitely reliable.... Show more

Pretty & Perfect !
The second piece I have bought from this range (my first was the large) and I am delighted. It may be small but it packs a might punch!I am the original bag lady - however hard I try I try to pack efficiently, there always seem to be extra bits and pieces that I have to carry. I love the attention to detail and the obvious quality of this product. The Moorland pink is a beautiful colour and easy to pick out. You don't get a compliment like that every day... but they are so comfortable to hold that on then odd occasions you have to lift the case it is incredibly easy. The benefit of the lifetime guarantee is comforting but honestly this range exudes quality. I have a number of cases in the attic that have cost far more but do not have the design, quality and sheer attractiveness that my Moorland Pink Icon Stripe presents.I look forward to completing the set with the medium case - they are truly the perfect travelling companions.... The Perfect Travel Buddy
This is a great little suitcase with bags of room. On opening it I thought it wasn't as deep as my previous Antler case but then I found the second compartment in the "lid" which is brilliant as everything you pack in there is held in place by the zipped cover, which in itself has another two storage compartments. And then, if required, the whole thing expands too!It is very well made, inside and out and comes with a storage bag to keep it clean when not in use. I love the built in lock - so much easier than a separate padlock. I wasn't sure about a hard shell case but I'm glad that I decided to go for it - everything feels much more protected. The colour I chose is lovely, too, (Heather Purple). I am really pleased with this case; it will be perfect for my week ... MoreThis is a great little suitcase with bags of room. Very nice.
Cases came & I was very happy when I took them out of the box, removed them from their own draw strung cover/protective bag & opened them. The quality was brilliant & the features top notch. I knew the weights of them from the site, but found them pleasantly lighter than I imagined ( had soft sided cases before these ).Obviously there going to get bashed around alot but after using the for a short holiday they were unmarked. The cases rolled easily & it became a race manoeuvering them easily around people & obstacles ( we weren't late, it was just funny ).The Antler cases were well designed & made & hopefully they'll last a long time.I would recommend Antler....
