You'll need to run a 1st piece of dough through each attachment because it's extremely dirty. See my video. There's black dirt and fibres in the attachments and you can't use water to wash them. Can only clean with dry brush and cloth.... fits well on kitchen aid though

Purchased this as a gift for my son in law to go with the Kitchen aid mixer for Christmas. He loves it!! I had considered purchasing the name brand one, however, this one is much cheaper and easier to use. The KA one is three separate pieces and has to be changed each time you want to change the pasta size. This one allows you to make the three different types of pasta with just rolling the attachment, much easier! It also comes with a cleaning brush. The money you save will go a long way in buying ingredients! (This one fits his KA Pro mixer)

Bought a wrong item. The attachment for rolling dough fllat is not wode enough for my cookie dough. And the max. thickness is not sufficient for my cookie. So, the buy did not work for me.But the item is of good quality. NOTE : item CANNOT be immersed in water.😅
