I love this toner! The ingredients are amazing and it’s really good for layering which helps with hydration but one full swipe on my face with a cotton pad is enough to soothe my skin when it gets irritated. This toner never stings even when I apply it to my skin when it gets red and angry unlike many other toners I’ve used. It also helps minimise my acne breakouts and texture issues.

Bang for your buck!

Another "bang for your buck" item after the Wellage Blue Ampoule. Purchased this at the end of June, but look how much toner I still have left! A watery toner that I use on a cotton pad to wipe my face before an essence, ampoule, or serum. 4 stars because I feel like this toner is not doing anything that spectacular to my skin. It doesn't necessarily break out my skin, but simply helps maintain it. I still do get acne here and there depending on my sleep level and food I eat. So maybe in that sense, the toner is doing its job?

Heartleaf bingetesting

I noticed Anua brand arrived at Yesstyle a couple months ago and I became really interested in trying it out. I always heard people talking about heartleaf as a star ingredient and now I understand why! I found this toner hyper soothing, even more than some cica products I've tested through the years, and also hydrating. I layer it a couple of times for a nice plumping effect. I still want to try the seruns, face washes and creams from the brand, because it seems very promising.

Hydrating and soothing

I absolutely love this toner!! All my life I feel like I have struggled to find a good toner without alcohol, witch hazel, or some type of thing that will set off my rosacea. After doing tons of research I came across this by coincidence and honestly I'm so happy! My skin was so red and irritated from my previous toner and I was skeptical at first because this was a new product to the website and had no reviews at the time, but i'm so glad I decided to try it out. It feels moisturizing and like a somewhat slightly thicker water? (I know most toners are like that in a sense but this is different, it has some weight but is also super light?) Does it live up to its claims? Yes. After using this toner for 1 month, I've noticed that my skin texture is smoother after weeks of mask acne. I've been developing constant ccs due to the trapped humidity and heat of the mask around my jaw, but this toner has calmed down a lot of my irritation and texture. The consistency is very watery, so I often put 2-3 layers and I've found that my skin has been generally more resilient throughout the day (less redness, less oil). Most youtubers seem to use it for toner masking, which I will soon try! It does seem to be more soothing than hydrating, but hydrating nonetheless. This toner has reached HG status. Unless you have an allergy to any of the extracts, or an extreme sensitivity to butylene glycol (which I sometimes do have, but this toner seems to work as butylene is farther down the list), I can't see it wreaking havoc on most skin. The toner has a refreshing and gentle formula that feels incredibly soothing on my skin.After using this toner for a few weeks, I have noticed a significant improvement in the overall appearance of my skin. My complexion looks brighter and more even, and I have experienced fewer breakouts and redness.

See/feel no difference from using it

I don't hate it but definitely don't love it either. It almost feels like pure water on the skin in the sense that I see no noticeable difference to how my skin looks or feels. I'll finish the bottle but probably wouldn't repurchase. It's very lightweight and not majorly hydrating so if you're looking for that kind of thin consistency then maybe this is the toner for you but I wasn't personally too impressed by it.(for reference I have combo, acne prone skin)

all the love for heartleaf extract

I was skeptical of the benefits of heartleaf at first. There's too many botanical extracts that the beauty industry promotes nowadays, it can get tiring. But I was looking for a new toner that packs a higher percentage of its star ingredient then I came across Anua and became curious of their Hottuyna line. It doesn't have the usual "slip" of most toners so I will usually need ten drops to cover my entire face and neck. Initially it was "meh" then it has grown on me especially now that the weather has grown warmer and sticky toners can become off-putting to use, I usually reach for this first as my first step after cleansing. It did not break me out and seems to work well with the other soothing products that I'm using. best toner

I found out that the Brand anua was available from Yesstyle a few months ago and I was intrigued to try them. I keep hearing that heartleaf is the main ingredient, and now I understand why! I found this toner to be very soothing, even more soothing than some of the Cica products I've tested over the years, and it's also hydrating. I apply it a few times for a nice volumizing effect. I still want to try the brand's serums, cleansers and creams as they seem promising.

great first step toner

i use this toner before a milky toner and has really helped with soothing yet to see any results on texture but i feel like it’s getting there it soothes my rosacea and works well with mugwort essence. it does have low levels of chemical exfoliants (BHA from sugarcane extract) which have not irradiated my sensitive skin. will use more now it’s getting hotteroverall very pleased
