The trouble with some cats is they demand variety. I have two who won’t eat the same food more than one day in a row. They’re ridiculous. This cat food looks really delicious (nicer than some human canned tuna) and one of my cats loved it, but only one day and not the next, I offered it again a few days later and he loved it again. It’s hit and miss with some cats. I do recommend this brand.

Finally, an affordable, very nourishing wet cat food that my large, fussy boy loves. I give him 2 pouches a day alongside his top quality healthyeverydaypets biccies. His glossy coat, bright eyes and great muscle tone speak volumes.

My cat loves this and has it for breakfast every day. The plate is totally clean after. I like it for him because it is a good source of protein & is grain free. I would give it 5 stars if it had taurine added, but as it is it's a complementary food only, so I have to make sure Sooty gets a meal with taurine and other added vitamins later in the day. I would like Pet Circle to stock the tuna and salmon variety of this product too because it's another meal that Sooty likes, but I have to buy that from the supermarket atm.
Applaws grain free tuna in jelly is my cat's favourite meal. He has always enjoyed it and never leaves anything on the plate. I like it because it's grain free and doesn't upset his tummy. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that it's not a complete food (taurine missing), so I have to make sure to feed Sooty a complete and nutritionally balanced variety of food each day as well.
My cat has had many different products until this one . It is the only one he finishes no matter what flavour. Cannot be replaced with anything else. Great ingredients as well.
My 10 year old cat Larry had, for reasons unknown, gone off all of his usual food and had lost 20% of his body weight. After trying most kinds of gourmet foods I found Applaws and he loved it. Together with his biscuits he's back to his old self. It's fab stuff and I feed him in half sachets which get fully eaten, no waste.
A few months ago my cat was in a cat hospital to undergo some tests. Staff were concerned that she wasn't eating. I went in with a sachet of Applaws Tunw with Salmon, and she soon found her appetite. Licked th bowl clean!
My fussy guy loves almost all of the Applaws wet food range - this one being his personal favourite. His dry food has all the daily vitamins he needs & I give him a couple of Applaws pouches per day just because he loves the stuff. The added bonus is that it's all natural & without hidden 'nasties'.
Applaws of course is in my opinion the best wet-cat-food brand, and contains no nasty additives. But the best feature of these pouches is that they are so easy to open, which is important to me when my arthritis is playing up in my hands and wrists - opening the ring-pull tins can be difficult for some of us, but these pouches open and pour easily into your cat's bowl. Tuna-mackerel is an especial favourite of my cat and she loves this version with jelly in the pouch. Same 70 g meal size as the tin.
