Apple 10.9-inch iPad Air Wi-Fi 64GB - Sky Blue

Very satisfied with the purchased of this refurbished Apple iPad 9.7" 32GB 2017 model. I bought this for my teen daughter for Christmas and she was thrilled with it. When it arrived I opened it to inspect it before Christmas. It had a 60% charge on it so I didn't have to do anything other than wrap it. Two of the tiniest scratches on the back you almost need a magnifying glass to see which doesn't really matter because who doesn't put a cover on it. I also verified it was the exact model in the listing and it was. Now that she has had a good chance to use it all is well. It works perfectly and she already updated it to the latest iOS. That's the only one that matters. It takes some work to figure it out so I know what I am ordering. It is not enough and more confusing to decipher which one it is! Listings can say (newest model) and be a 2017 or 2018 and some listings are so vague I just gave up on them. I finally searched iPad and found a Wikipedia page that had all the model numbers and other important info in several charts (thank you Wikipedia!). Apple didn't even have a page for that. Amazon, please make it a requirement to include the model number that APPLE USES in all listings! Don't make us work so hard to figure it out. Just look at comments and you will see others trying to find out which model is the listing too.

I took a big risk, this is the ONE thing my daughter REALLY wanted for xmas. She has been asking for one all year! I had been online "window shopping" for a few weeks when I came across this, saw it had really great review, and the price was perfect. I would have liked to have bought one brand new, since its something she wanted due to the fact you can only get procreate in the apple store. She is my little artist!! I was worried, even with the great reviews, that i would get the one that didnt look great or work as expected. I am amazed tho, we ended up letting her have it yesterday (each kid got their big gift early since my son will not be with us over the holiday season)... SHE LOVES IT!!! I am super happy with what i got, especially for the price!!Honestly the only thing i could complain about is how long the battery lasts, but i have never owned an apple product, so idk how their batteries are compared to kindle and android products. It died in about 5 hours from fully charged this morning. We are going to try and build the batteries life back up tho. Fingers crossed it works like it does on other devices. Do Not Recommend!

Bought these iPads for 2 of my children for Christmas. They arrived in a timely manner, well packaged, everything looked great! However, 1 ipad gives me the “cannot create account” message after numerous attempts. Google says it’s because the device has reached its limits on the amount of accounts that can be created on it. I tried to sign in with my iCloud account and I need to enter the password on the device. Says password is incorrect. 1 iPad not usable! My 3 year old is absolutely devastated. Also, this generation of iPad is not compatible with YouTube apps, or many of the Roblox games children play today. Figured this out with the first iPad we set up for our daughter. Don't expect old iPads to run streaming sites

I hate to grade this so poorly because the price was incredible, the shipping was five days faster than expected, and the device was in great shape. The problem is: I bought this for my mother who is confined to a wheelchair in a nursing home so she could browse the web and use her streaming services. She was unable to download a single streaming service, not even Netflix which is compatible with most devices (I run it on my antiquated generic Android tablet) or Pluto TV which I could run on my completely outdated Android phone. The iPad 4th Gen ran on OS 10 and you needed OS 12.1 or above for streaming apps which the unit isn't capable of. Figured out how to download old apps.

You can download most apps on this device. After watching some videos you must use an up to date apple device, log in to your icloud account and download them there. After that, get back on the iPad and go to your purchased apps and download the app, a pop up will appear asking if you'd like to download the lastest version, select yes and your good to go. This does not work for all apps but I was able to add all my old apps successfully. New apps will not download if there is no previous version. Otherwise I ordered 2 iPads, 1 had a minor scratch, but they were both in great condition. Originally I did not mean to order these iPads. And after reading reviews I was worried I'd have to return them. But it was worth the price and I am pleased with my purchase so far.

First time ever not happy with Apple product!!

Bought this Ipad air 4th gen from The good guys store Dandenong south. After using it 3-4 days realised that something is not right with it's battery as it was not holding charging long enough. So went to same store after 4 days to see same sales person. I have been told to take it to Apple store for repair even though I got special extra warranty ( Concierge cover etc ) from The good guys store!!! Paid around $150 for that service so in case something happens to Ipad after Apple warranty, still it will be covered. But shocked as they did not help even after 4 days and asked me to go and see Apple store for repair.Honestly I have used many apple products and other iPad models too. When I ordered this tablet, I thought I will get an item with scratches, abrasions or chipped because it was saying "refurbished". However, I received the tablet in good physical characteristics (like new). This tablet came from Cuppertino, CA.The problems are only in the fact that this tablet has only 12,3GB available internal memory, the battery lasts only for 3 hours (by the way, this tablet came fully charged) - during this time, I installed all settings and watched one movie. The next con is in that there is iOS version 10 was installed and it locked for updating. So, if you expected to download big app, this iPad is definitely not for you. Wi-Fi only. Moreover, a lot of restrictions for downloading apps from the Apple store due to a low version. Waste of money!!!

I bought an Ipad Air 4th gen about 2 weeks ago from Dandenong south Goodguys store. Unfortunately i made wrong choice as this gadget is seriously waste of money. Apple company claims ipad air 4th gens battery last whole day long but in my case no more than 4.5hrs max!!! So far 14 cycles count on battery and I couldnt get more than 4.5hrs of battery life. Tried every suggestions from youtube videos to get more battery life. But all waste of time. And specially who is using this Ipad, my 2yrs and 11months old son. Now imagine if i am using this ipad!! Went back to Goodguys stire with this problem after one week of purchase. They said cant do much you have to go to Apple store. lasted great but terrible to fix...

Just recently cracked the screen of my ipad after having it for 2 years. we hoped to turn it in to trade it. the ipad works fine (im using it right now) but the front screen is just cracked. tthe places we went to tried to charge us $300-$600 just to fix the glass. this ipad is $400-$500. why would i spend the similar amount of money to fix the screen instead of buying a new one for the same/similar amount?!? ridiculous. even the apple store was willing us just to trade it in for $50. recommend buying another one beside the airs. my old ipad was $100 to fix the screen, which was the exact same but smaller.

so upset and very displeased.

bought for my toddler daughter and was pleased, i received the Ipad at 76% battery by the time it's finish signing up it went to 46% and since then, 3 days later i notice I'm charging it twice not noticing it's never charging until now. the charger was so hot and saying not charging i unplugged and change to a new charger, same thing. and had it on charge all night, just like the night before. the next major problem, nothing can be downloaded from app store as its saying need ISO 14 update. tried several ways and no avail. i had put on screen protector and case and now this junk is worthless. refurbished or new i never had an issues with anything ive purchase before from Walmart until now.
