Probably will give this about 10 days to start working and then we will return this. What a waste of her precious time.l and money.

I love that this allows me to do digital illustrations on the go. With the 11” display it easily fits into any of my bags when traveling. I do wish I would have grabbed a larger size though because it allows for just that little bit more. The one thing I have noticed is that when I use Procreate, or Fresco, the battery drains fairly quick, so I typically will have it hooked up to an external battery pack so that it doesn’t die while I’m on a plane or in a car. I hope there is a way to make the batter last longer because I will start at 100% and be drawing for maybe a couple hours and the batter will be down to around 50%. These tablets allow you to extend your laptop’s desktop onto the iPad, listen to music, watch videos, have FaceTime meetings as well as video meetings on a variety of platforms including Zoom, Teams, etc. and even let’s you control other computers! I may just purchase the 11 inch iPad Pro, M2 Silicon to replace my old 12.9 inch iPad, as the superior experience I have using the M1 Silicon tablet gives me a happy feeling as I think about all the great times I have had editing images with Adobe Lightroom, Creative Cloud, ON1, and others. Now that these devices use USB-C instead of lightning cables, they are easier for me to charge as I have charging setup for 14 inch Mackbook Pro M1, and can use the same charger/cable combo for both. I highly recommend you consider this “Fablet” - Fabulous Tablet - for yourself so you can have the same enhanced user experience as I.

Best Buy’s lowest cost iPad Pro to enable Apple AI

At the moment, it seems to be Best Buy’s lowest cost iPad Pro that is compatible with the upcoming new Apple AI features. Although the latest and lower costing iPad Air also has M2 CPU and 128GB of storage to enable Apple Intelligence, the additional hardware features of the iPad Pro (4th generation) are useful for faster data file transfers that are helpful for my photography. I don’t need this iPad Pro’s, pro-motion display or extra wide angle camera but its face-id feature is magically handy. While there are less expensive iPads with non-M series CPU’s and the minimum 64GB of storage but such iPads will not be near future capable of the Apple AI experience. With my previous iPad Pro, I couldn’t get it to read my fingerprint. So when it locked up, I had to enter the passcode too often to think about.The five (!) studio quality microphones create an arguably better sound than my MacBook Air (again proving that size is not necessary to be a transcendant device in every way). No discussion would be complete without a discussion of the battery. The battery is fairly powerful as well, and it does last at least 20 hours with 48% still remaining.Best Buy gave me a very good deal on my iPad Pro and I traded in the iPad Pro 10.5” for a good price to Best Buy.

Bought several items on same order. Next to my laptop, my iPad was the best decision purchase. I'm coming from the basic iPad 6th Gen, which is ancient. The tech was on par with the iPhone 7series if that says anything! Love that this iPad has the M2 processor, and I'd been content with M1 in all honesty. I've had the cellular version in my cart and desired for quite some time. My only gripe, is it doesn't appear to be dual physical/eSim like the iPhones are. I have a physical sim inserted but can't seem to get the eSim variant of this device operable. So many networks offer eSim trials which I was looking forward to testing with this, but I may just need to do more research on my part. The condition of the iPad Pro 11" 2nd generation I received is good.However, I would appreciate more information about the item's condition and the original accessories included before purchasing a Geek Squad Certified refurbished item.It would have been helpful to know if there were any scratches on the front or back of the item, and whether the original box and accessories (charger, USB-C cable, etc.) were included. Details like these would be greatly appreciated when purchasing a refurbished item. In my case, the iPad looked flawless, the USB-C cable appeared to be OEM, but the charger was third-party. Unfortunately, there wasn't an original box. What an improvement from my fifth generation iPad

Coming from a fifth generation iPad, it was hard to get used to not having the button at the bottom. Also other things to get used to with new iOS, like when I swipe up from the bottom, the taskbar pops up first, when I’m used to minimizing the screen first. So you kind of have to continue swiping to shrink your browser window, or search through apps, not sure if I’m explaining that clearly, but when you swipe up to get all the open windows and apps, and you can flick them up to make them disappear, that’s the function I’m talking about. I also IMMEDIATELY noticed this speaker, improvement, and how light weight and thin the unit is. It looks bigger than my iPad fifth generation, but it doesn’t feel any heavier or harder to hold. I have not bought the keyboard for it, but I’m thinking about it as it is seems from online reviews kind of handy to not drag my laptop inside or further taking out my laptop, plugging it in, and going through all that when this is always charged and in my room. I can swipe through emails, search the web, check out YouTube, social media, real estate, all very easily, while lying in bed without any discomfort. I added a slim shell case, as I don’t like those other cases that cover and prop up, and feel bulky holding while sitting in bed, or on the couch. Battery also last twice as long as my four or five year old fifth-generation. A dislike is the power down feature , though, I think I can fix that in settings, and screenshot doesn’t feel natural either. It’s set up where I pinch the top button and top volume button meaning I have to grab the top corner together with fingers on both hands and doesn’t feel easy to do in hand and I have to rest the tablet on my stomach to hold pressure while pressing. Old method better and more secure using the two palms of my hand on two opposite ends of the tablet made it much easier to hold without feeling like the tablet is gonna fly out of my hand, or fall on the ground. Also the old method was easy, either horizontally or vertically. I guess I have to get used to it if I can’t fix it in settings, which I know there are a few settings like that which I need to explore. So I’ve heard it before, and now I agree, Apple needs to bring back the button!!!

February 14, 2024 purchase the iPad Pro 11-inch from the Savannah Georgia Store. Straight out of the box the iPad performed flawlessly as expected. However, and this is important not one review mentions the defect of this model iPad Pro? Working with the iPad, the screen went dark, powered down due to battery was my initial thought. But then would not charge or even indicate the power cable needed to be or was attached. Diagnostic by Apple® was unsuccessful though they were willing to sell me another one! As Best Buy Total Tech Member and a Monthly Subscription to AppleCare+ on the 11-inch iPad Pro 512 GB, the Best Buy Representative Required, Insisted the product would have to be inspected by a Geek Squad Agent in the Store. So I paid $179 for an annual membership to Best Buy for a Geek Squad tech-support department who will send it back to Apple for me! In addition, I pay a monthly AppleCare+ subscription that allows me to send it back to Apple directly! Then Apple will ship to me another reconditioned “previously defective” product, because the 11-inch iPad Pro is now being Manufactured with the M4 Apple Chip. Request for an upgrade to the superior product having a negligible cost difference, but neither of the Company’s are willing to concede the Product is defective, and the Geek Squad refused to take the product in for the “diagnostic” because it was to close to closing time! The Consumer is not agreeable with the resolution, has provided an acceptable resolution. Consumer’s Resolution Denied! Buyer Beware?
