Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter

I recently made a purchase from you and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite paying the full amount for what was advertised as an original product, what I received was anything but authentic.Upon receiving the package, I immediately noticed discrepancies between the product I ordered and what was delivered. The quality was subpar, and upon closer inspection, it became evident that the item was a counterfeit. On February 24, my son who lives in Auburn, Alabama visited his local store to purchase an Apple charging cord for my new phone. He brought it to me while home on spring break. He was sold a Macbook cord, not a phone cord. I was in MIami last week for a medical procedure and tried to return the cord, but the store there refused because so much time had passed. I see now logging into my account that it says it is eligible for return until tomorrow which means they LIED to me.While there, I purchased a different cord for my phone and only discovered after returning to Nassau that it too is the WRONG cord. I literally showed your employee my phone when asking for help. I have trouble keeping up with technology and figuring out which chargers work with which devices, which is why I use BEST BUY, but never ever again. If your employees are going to sell me overpriced items that don’t work for me, I have to go elsewhere. I prefer to shop in store, but if I’m going to have to figure out what I need on my own, I might as well save money and use Amazon.

Wow, this product is really something. I thought I was buying a prototype to a new kind of LEGO but no I was wrong. You don’t connect it to similar shaped items but you connect one end to two holes strategically built into most peoples homes….. so far so good. To join more items you can purchase a wire that has a fitting that fits into this ‘brick’ and the other end of the wire can be attached to all manner of overpriced but nonetheless desirable technology. Every home will want at least one of these, get in quick before they become obsolete due to another marketing ploy by the geniuses designing these products. Sturdily built, fairly compact to carry around but it doesn’t ‘pop’ out against my white walled interior - maybe they are missing a trick and should be made ... MoreWow, this product is really something. It may be a bit old hat now but Agreeable Gray is still popular and could give the more safe white color a run for its money. I’m eagerly waiting some announcement that they might do this then I’m going to camp out the day before it’s released on sale to make sure I’m the first on the block to own one.
