I bought our first Ipad for my daughter when she was 5 during lockdown. And a year later second one for the other daughter. Since than they use other for watching and playing games. Ipad is designed so simple and easy to use. Size is better than minis as big screen is better for eyes i think. Camera is so clear sound quality is perfect. Battery life is good for watching but sometimes down so quickly when they play online games. Display quality is great for us. Definitely worth the money and very long lasting quality made.

Absolutely PERFECT!

Great product that works flawlessly! I got this as a gift for my boyfriend who loves to draw. I did the entire setup for him so that I could go ahead & pair his new Apple Pencil too. The setup went smoothly & everything works perfectly. There is not visible damage or scratches to the screen or back. I’m so excited to see how he likes it. Battery life is OUTSTANDING compared to my iPad mini from a few years ago & my current iPhone 12. Just note that it doesn’t come in original Apple packaging, which I didn’t care about but someone reading this might! :)) I would definitely recommend this to anyone on the fence.

Ipad 7th generation life-cycle is max 2 years. After that it will turn off

I bought my ipad 7th generation in January 2020. It was a pretty good tablet. I used it mainly to play games, and it ran smoothly. There wasn't any problem till now. Today I checked there was a new update available so I installed it. It was going fine till it restarted (all updates requires restart) It turned off and never turned on again. There was sufficient battery before the update so low battery was not a reason for it to shut off. Connected with multiple working chargers, PC, did hard resets and even took it to the apple customer service center and was informed it wasnt a software issue but a hardware problem and the ipad couldnt be repaired. I am pretty upset that it cannot be resurrected cause apple choose to replace its products not repair. The idea behind this is to increase profits by selling new models not repairing old ones. Apple wanted to make the planet a better place by using recycled objects. But how does it plan to handle unrepairable devices ??? Or does it sell those irrepairable devices as new ones just to make customers pay for old things ??

Poor customer service

I bought four 7th generation refurbished iPads. The iPads function as expected but the order had problems. The four iPads were to be gold backed but only three were. The fourth was silver backed. Not a big deal really but it was a discrepancy. The second problem was that the supplied chargers didn't match. The "ice cubes" were of the micro USB design while the chords were of the older USB 2.0 design and did not fit. Now is where it gets stupid. When I called customer service I was told that I should drive the 60 miles (round trip) to my nearest Best Buy and they would exchange the "ice cubes." It would have cost me more in gasoline than it costs for the "ice cubes." Why didn't then just acknowledge their mistake and send me the proper "ice cubes"? Push harder, didn’t I tap that?1

This iPad 7 was received in excellent shape. The back and screen look brand new! BUT, the sensitivity of touching the screen in some areas is sketchy/intermittent! As well as the home button, there’s hardly “ANY” give/cushion underneath the button making it hard to push/dbl tap/turn on or off! The volume isn’t super loud. I do like some of the differences between my iPad 4 and the iPad 7 (my mistake bc, I thought I’d purchased the iPad Pro). Quality assurance nds to dbl ck touch sensitivity levels and push button depression ease before selling or sell for a lot less bc, it’s frustrating to keep tapping on something and have it not operate as expected!

Very satisfied with the refurbished model

I bought this product in refurbished condition for my girlfriend and it's worked out great! She didn't need the absolute newest version and won't use the camera function so a slightly older model would fit just fine.Everything works like new and the physical condition of the unit was also like new with no noticeable defects or blemishes. The screen is free of scratches or marks and the performance is snappy and responsive.Overall, a good purchase. My girlfriend is very happy with her iPad and I was able to save some money on a refurbished, prior model.

Worth the gamble/risk.

So far, the iPad works pretty well. I haven’t been able to figure out how much the battery capacity is at, but it functions smoothly %26 i was able to set everything up easily. Aside from some scratches or scuffs on the outer corners, it’s in pretty good condition. The Beats bluetooth Earplugs require a USBC Type C charger block so i had to buy one of those first. The earplugs audio/sound was so clear %26 crisp. The Keyboard/Case seems to take a bit to charge, but it does work perfectly. Unfortunately the screen protector arrived cracked/broken so I was unable to use that. I’d still recommend this bundle for the price though.

iPad (7th Generation) Has Manufacturer Defect

I purchased an iPad (7th Generation) July of 2020. Nearly exactly two years after purchasing it, immediately after doing an update, I can no longer use it. Battery was fully charged before installing update but suddenly the iPad no longer had battery. Nor would it accept charge when I plugged it in to recharge what I thought was a full battery. I've gone back and forth with Apple's Tech Support, in-store so called "genius" reps, and even with a particular 3rd party vendor and their "geek squad". All have confirmed it's an internal issue but since the iPad is conveniently past the manufactures warranty, Apple's only solution is to replace it at my expense.
