This latest 9th generation iPad carries on from its former models to give you all you could want from a tablet and more with 64gb storage. Simple to use but does everything you will need a tablet to do for you. Great camera to take memorable photos. Add the Apple pen for a sketch pad and note pad or a keyboard case and you have a neat small portable laptop. Great screen to play games or watch programmes and brilliant battery life. All in all a great tablet and in its price range you would be hard to find better.

I bought new iPad with protective cover but just noticed the cover didnt prevent a small crack in the corner, caused by a drop. I like minimalist case style, but need the stronger case I had for previous. Ill see how good the protection against accidental damage is. Strangely, it doesnt look like the picture, but I like the hidden camera, without the wide silver bar shown in advertising. Havent had it long enough for full evaluation. Researching model, I ran across lower price at Amazon.

This iPad was used infrequently since purchased in December 2019. Went to use it after charging (hadn't been charged for about a month), and could not get it to turn on. The iPad had a black screen, through attempts at resets (depressing Home and Power buttons and trying to connect to iTunes, which did not recognize it). The back was warm in the area of the motherboard. The Geek Squad told us that, if we were to send it for repair to Apple, we would get a replacement iPad as their "fix." However, it was out of warranty (so we would have to pay for this "fix"/replacement) and we had needed data on it that was not backed up. We took the iPad to a wireless repair shop, who stated that the iPad was in need of micro soldering but that they could not help with this. We ... We had used an Apple cord and charger for the iPad but it seems that the iPad did not prevent its own overcharging. We were told that, after the first capacitor burned out, and charging continued, the other capacitor and chip also burned out. At least the shop was able to replace the affected parts and give us a working iPad, especially since we needed the data and we already had an Apple pencil for this seventh generation iPad that is not compatible with the newer iPad models. Highly recommend contacting Hey iRepair if you find yourself in a similar position with an iPad.

Today I checked there was a new update available so I installed it. It was going fine till it restarted (all updates requires restart) It turned off and never turned on again. There was sufficient battery before the update so low battery was not a reason for it to shut off. Connected with multiple working chargers, PC, did hard resets and even took it to the apple customer service center and was informed it wasnt a software issue but a hardware problem and the ipad couldnt be repaired. Apple wanted to make the planet a better place by using recycled objects. But how does it plan to handle unrepairable devices ??? Or does it sell those irrepairable devices as new ones just to make customers pay for old things ??
Price was great if I got what was advertised but I did not. I really needed a cellular capable ipad and it was clearly stated in the items description that it was capable. When I received the item it was clearly not cellular capable. The rep tried to argue that I made the mistake and purchased a wifi only unit until I sent them and highlighted that it clearly stated it was cellular capable. They then tried to get me to send it back and only after that would they refund me for their mistake on the off chance it would be refunded before Christmas and I could get another one ordered for my child. Not a happy person right now as I could have had a better model for just little more from a more reputable company. My bad...never again. Be warned.
I purchased this iPad with the intent on using it for work as well as doing other things and using my phone less. But I was not exactly in a rush to go spend an arm and a leg on a new one. I kept seeing ads for Plug Tech and thought it seemed too easy, or too good to be true. Everything seems to be priced very reasonably. And I think it’s cool how the separate everything depending on what condition and price range you’re looking for. I honestly went straight online to find reviews of this company to make sure it wasn’t going to be a scam before I bought anything. Based off the 5 stars I’ve given it, you can tell it turned out to be legit. You won’t regret buying from them!
So far, the iPad works pretty well. I haven’t been able to figure out how much the battery capacity is at, but it functions smoothly %26 i was able to set everything up easily. Aside from some scratches or scuffs on the outer corners, it’s in pretty good condition. The Beats bluetooth Earplugs require a USBC Type C charger block so i had to buy one of those first. The earplugs audio/sound was so clear %26 crisp. The Keyboard/Case seems to take a bit to charge, but it does work perfectly. Unfortunately the screen protector arrived cracked/broken so I was unable to use that. I’d still recommend this bundle for the price though.

Battery was fully charged before installing update but suddenly the iPad no longer had battery. Nor would it accept charge when I plugged it in to recharge what I thought was a full battery. I've gone back and forth with Apple's Tech Support, in-store so called "genius" reps, and even with a particular 3rd party vendor and their "geek squad". All have confirmed it's an internal issue but since the iPad is conveniently past the manufactures warranty, Apple's only solution is to replace it at my expense.
