This iPad (6th Gen) is Outstanding for being refurbished - neither a scratch nor ding. Also super impressed how the device had been polished clean and free from any finger-prints. Functions brilliantly and I'm most happy with this iPad. Will note that the specified 32GB is reduce to 23.4GB with the OS installed, but that's okay by me as I'm only using it for Procreate image files. Battery will drain ~10% for an hour of Procreate use. WiFi is off, as I read having WiFi on (even when idle) chews on the battery. Side note: Yes, the Procreate v5.3.1 release Dec 22, 2022 works amazing on this older iPad (6th Gen) 2018.

The item itself was in great physical condition. Other than that, it unfortunately did not perform nearly at any acceptable level. It only gave us about 3 continuous hours of use (running one app on wifi, with Bluetooth turned off, background refresh off, everything to conserve battery, etc). When the battery got too low, it would take 10 hours to charge. We even tried changing out chargers and it took forever. It is almost useless to get 3 hours of use versus over 10 hours to get a full charge. Working on getting a return set for this.

Item arrived damaged. Screen was cracked and keyboard wasn’t working, so I could not login to my wifi and apps. I bought the Clyde protection (doesn’t cover items that arrive damaged) which isn’t refundable and DailySale charges $28 to return items. So, I spent $88 out of pocket for a broken iPad. If I had just gone to Apple’s site (which I ended up doing), I could have bought a brand new iPad with twice the storage for about $70 more than I spent on the one I bought from DS. You might get lucky and get an item that isn’t broken, but maybe depending on what you’re buying, getting a new item with a warranty is worth it in the long run.

Good afternoon, I'm so disappointed in this IPAD. My daughter came home from college for Christmas and she opened her iPad today and the screen is blinking on and off. This is so upsetting!! I've called this company over and over, but nobody has called me back or answered. My daughter needed this item before she goes back to college. This was the ONLY thing she wanted and this product doesn't even work. I called Apple and they said it's nothing they can do. This is horrible. Please assist, I just purchased this.
I bought this for my daughters 9th birthday in May and really liked it but after about 2 months it stopped charging. I tried contacting the seller on multiple occasions and have never gotten a response. When it will charge it’s good but getting it to charge is a pain. Could just be a problem with mine specifically but since they won’t respond or offer a solution in any way I guess I won’t know. My daughter and I are very disappointed. There really no point in having an ipad that doesn’t charge. Even when it’s plugged in it won’t charge correctly. Other than that it seems good.
The screen was in excellent condition. The iPad looks like it was always in the case. The case, a Logitech Rugged Combo 2 with Keyboard, does have a few scratches on it, but that's what cases are for. The case is very impressive, protecting the iPad from falls and scrapes. This is the larger iPad size, not a mini. Everything is 100% functional. The iPad has very good battery life, I've used it for several hours and battery level was at 90%. The keyboard is responsive, no problem with latency. I am very impressed with the product. The Price is very reasonable.

The iPad does not hold a charge or it does not recognize when it’s charged. When I received it I expected it to be charged a little but it would not open. I plugged it in and after a few minutes it acted like it was ready, but no, it died again. Received iPad with a lot of scratches which wasn’t really a big deal because of the price and all the extras that came with it. Even had some beats headphones. But!! The back of the iPad was etched with a logo that said property of Columbia schools with all the information of the school system on back( couldn’t be removed) . It didn’t come in original box because I received a grey iPad in a rose gold box. Charger didn’t work and wasn’t original. Didn’t try stylus or keyboard to see if they worked. I wanted to love it but I hated it. Will not purchase from this seller again.
i was worried buying a cheap already used but fixed ipad thinking it would be broken like the one i brought from ebay! it was gonna come a day early for me but it got cancelled to a other day since of heavy snow! but when i got it, it only had 88 battery not bad! AND IT WORKED!!! ITS AMAZING IT ONLY HAD TWO SCRATCHES ON THE BACK BUR YOU CAN JUST HIDE IT BY A STICKER OR IPAD CASE!! The iPad screen cracked on the upper left corner of the screen during operation. While continuing to use the iPad, the crack spread all across the screen. Mainly staying on the left hand side. I have owned several iPads and never witnessed a screen crack under these normal conditions. The screen even has a protective cover and this still happened. The iPad is in a well designed protective case. I can not explain how this occurred but it is what it is. The iPad still operates as it should with the cracked screen, but continues to spread. My last iPad was left on top of a vehicle and took a 55mph impact. It cracked the screen but didnt damage the imaging screen. It also still functioned as it should.
