The second complaint is that multiple times when trying to log in to Apple ID with the tablet pin code (forgot the password) it refuses to acknowledge that the pin code is correct despite using it to log on to the tablet every day and can be really frustrating when trying to reset the password. Both those points lose a star for me.... Show more

I use a iPad at work, and also on my off time. 64 GB of storage is plenty for me, although truly hardcore users might want more than this. Props to them, but for most this is more than enough. Apps and games, at least the basic ones, really don’t take up too much space. The iPad is my favorite tablet, as it reminds me of my iPhone. Same interface and intuitive functions. The colors are vibrant. It’s unreal how the graphics measure up. Whether playing a game, or watching a video this is fantastic. Also I like the processor speed too. No buffering when connected to a excellent Wi-Fi, and the battery life is impeccable. It charges fast, and if you don’t use it, weeks of battery. Obviously with apps and games going, I’m finding 12 to 16 hours of use. I’m sure there are ... Obviously with apps and games going, I’m finding 12 to 16 hours of use. I’m sure there are newer ones that might go further, but this should be fine. This is one durable computer device. Yes as the picture shows, I fully recommend the otter box or other protective device. With this there have been some drops, but not one crack or any signs of the OS going nuts. If you have kids, this is wonderful, as the cloud also can help. Monitoring their usage is a cinch. Definitely a family friendly tablet. The interface works well for typing also.... Show more

This was an upgrade from my old iPad so I am familiar with the interface and Apps. It arrived in high quality, sleek packaging which was minimal. Set up was straight forward and the iPad led the way with clear instructions. Everything that was on my old iPad (in Cloud) was simply transferred to the new one. This is why I use Apple products (and keep them till almost obsolete) because I need clear, obvious, user friendly design. The device in black is very slim, light and high quality feel. It's simple and elegant in design. When using it is quick to respond and the fingerprint security (plus password) is very good. The screen is clear and doesn't strain my eyes easily. I'm not a tech savvy whizz and I don't play games so I can only comment on basic, everyday, use ... MoreThis was an upgrade from my old iPad so I am familiar with the interface and Apps. $200 paperweight
Wish I could give less than 1 star...did not come with everything it says it does first of all. Not in original packaging like it claims, in some randome printed box with all the stuff that comes in it just rolling around unsecure in the box. Then the bigger issue, it is such an old outdated ipad that literally NOTHING can be downloaded to it. it is basically a very expensive paperweight. i really wish i had read the reviews first, but whatever you do, unless you want to pay over $200 for someone useless, do not buy this ipad. i bought for my teenage daughter for Christmas and she was so excited to get it, only to turn around and ve completely disappointed because she can not do anything with it.... Battery Dies
The battery dies after using it for only a few minutes. At first I though it was losing power because I charged it and had not used it yet for over a week, but I recharged it to 100% and used it the first time for about 10 minutes. The next time it was used by my husband after charging it fully and it died in about 15 minutes. I recharged it again thinking that he didnt charge it, as he thought. I then used it to see how quickly the battery would die, which was about 15 minutes. It went from 100% to about 65% in 15 minutes and then shuts off completely as it has no power at all and has to be fully recharged again. I set up to return the item and receive a refund and they wanted to charge me $22.00 to return the non working item to them!... Show more

Buyers Beware! This is an OLD Model from 2013
The iPad is an amazing device, I’ve owned a couple of them, but be careful with this package. Though not entirely obsolete, this particular model is from 2013, so even if this is considered new in an open box, that box has been open for 9 years. This system will run slower than you might expect. The battery is nine years old and may not function according to original specifications. You will likely run into other problems because it is not able to run current software. Although the older version of the operating system should be stable, you will not receive updates consisting of new features and security fixes. Apps you expect to use might not work since they are constantly updated and current versions might be incompatible with the older operating system. If you ... Do not buy.
This is almost a complete scam. Do not buy this specific listing. I ordered this iPad Air “refurbished” and it was nothing like I was expecting. I should’ve read the bad reviews before purchasing.First of all they put it in an iPad Pro box that it wouldn’t even sit in properly and it was just odd looking. This was supposed to be a gift. It had the cheapest case possible on it with the cheapest charging cord, charging block and stylus possible. I turned on the iPad and was able to log into my apple account but the actual software on the ipad is so out dated that you can’t download any newer version apps onto it without by passing the App Store and using iTunes. It’s not even worth it. Lastly I tried charging the iPad with at least 4 different chargers and it would ... MoreThis is almost a complete scam. Do not buy this specific listing. I returned this the same day I received it because it wasn’t even worth messing with.I suppose this would be a good buy for someone that wants a cheap iPad for minimal tasks or just for kids.... Older basic iPad, 1 year warranty, fast shipping
This model of iPad is now 10 year sold (as of 2022). Yes, as of 2022 it can run Netflix, Zoom, GoogleMeets, etc. As long as you have Netflix in your past Apple purchases, Netflix will let you download an older version so it can run on your older software. So for me, I needed something for Zoom meets, and checking the web every now and then. A new, basic 2022 iPad is about $360- but this older model will work fine. As long as the screen is fully functional and there are no screen scratches- it will be fine. There is a tiny (less than 1/2 inch) scratch on the back- but in the 10 previous years that I had my old iPad, I never saw the back as it was in a case- as this newer one went into immediately. I like the one year warranty- as I may need it. You can return the ... MoreThis model of iPad is now 10 year sold (as of 2022). The battery is not "new" or reconditioned- so it does drain quickly....if it dies within the year, I will follow-up with a refund or replacement. Not listed in the ad, but it came with an aftermarket charging brick and cable. If you need a basic iPad FAST, get this. It is a good deal for the price. The one year warranty is nice too, but not sure how easy that will be if needed.... Show more

Stay far away from this scam!
If I could give this seller no stars I would. Seller shipped iPad in envelope, which would obviously arrive damaged. Screen came cracked so I returned. Seller waited a month to let me know they had an issue, to date I have not be refunded. Seller now refuses to refund because they say it arrived too damaged. Well clearly, you shipped an iPad without any protection in an unpadded envelope. The transaction was sketchy from the unpadded envelope, no box to having the item in their position for a month before they claim to have an issue. Truly Save yourself the trouble. It does not come with the original box as indicated. The iPads themselves are not in good condition, the one they sent had scratches all over the back. Save you money and patience.... Show more
