Quality:goodPerformance:goodI placed an order on July 13, 2024 (weekend), and received it on July 18, 2024. The box was dented a bit because the seller only used three layers of bubble wrap and no box, placing it inside a delivery plastic bag. The item inside was in good condition. Here is my suggestion: please add an option for a box. I know customers are willing to pay for it because this is not a cheap product. Please improve your packaging. As a premium partner of Apple, you must act like a premium partner. Thank you.

Quality:superbPerformance:excellentWhat do you expect from apple but great quality, stable product & superb performance.Between the air & pro, better get the air as it will meet 90% of all our needs. Unless you are flush with cash. The only downside is that you will need to buy the apple pencil pro as the other models will not work with this M2 air. The pencil usb c needs to be charged via the wire, which is inconvenient. But there are other cheaper alternatives such as the goojodoq pencil pencil gd13.Thank you Thundermatch for the super fast delivery of the product - 2 days after ordering!

I have always bought the base iPad in the past, but this time decided the M2 CPU convinced me to buy the iPad Air. It is really good as a iPad very responsive. However, with that power comes some heat from back and sometimes it can be a little uncomfortable but not a lot. I bought a Magic Keyboard and basic Pencil USB C and here is where the iPad disappoints. Neither keyboard or Pencil really does much for the investment. It is still a iPad with a touch centric operating system that only partially improves buying a keyboard or Pencil. Actually I dropped the Pencil on a hard floor and it broke so their’s that. The keyboard is useful but an expensive addition if you buy an Apple one. Battery life is good, but not stellar. Would I spend the extra for a iPad Air? Yes, ... Happy I upgraded to this model iPad Air from my original 2016 Pro. This has the M2 Pro chip so nice and quick with a good quality display and sound. I'm getting used to the new swipe up feature t close apps and I prefer the fingerprint reader at the top. I was quite lucky the colour purple I wanted was reduced at JL so the money I saved actually paid for the new plug that you need for this device. Rather annoyed with Apple since they changed the cable connections that you need a new plug that no longer comes with your device. I can't actually see why it couldn't still have been USB to C so the old plugs aren't obsolete which is my issue with Apple. I like the design of the new plug being foldaway but as I have an older iPhone I still need the USB plug to charge so ... MoreHappy I upgraded to this model iPad Air from my original 2016 Pro. I have used Apple products for more years than I can remember so maybe I am a little biased. This iPad is a replacement for an iPad Pro and it does not disappoint. It was easy to transfer apps and data from iCloud and the iPad is fast and does exactly what you would expect. It was quickly updated to iOS 18.0 without any issues although there were one or two adjustments I had to make but this is to do with the iOS not the iPad. It would have been nice to have Face id rather than Touch id but not a big issue and Apple moving away from Lightning connectors is a bit of a pain but that was really forced upon Apple so cannot blame them.I would knock half a star off as it does get quite hot with a lot of use. Again this may be an issue with the updated iOS.For someone ... MoreI have used Apple products for more years than I can remember so maybe I am a little biased. I bought the M2 as an upgrade from my 6th generation pro. As I use it for work I needed a fast processor that handles hard daily use. Unfortunately I am very disappointed by the speed of this Air 2024.The new features are nothing impressive and whilst having a slightly larger screen is very impressive, the speed of the iPad is shocking. So much so that I've gone back to my previous iPad Pro.If you're buying this for pleasure to surf the net then it will just do the job. If you're using it for work related tasks then give it a huge miss, go with the pro.
I'm currently doing an online course alongside working full time. This is brilliant. I can write on PDF using an app, and I can bring my iPad everywhere. It acts as a second screen to my MacBook as well which is incredibly useful when I have multiple screens open. The quality is incredible- it is seamless and perfect. It's also very light and easy to pop in the bag. I'm so impressed at how much I use this. I bought the Apple Pencil pro to use with it and I'm glad I did- the added features in comparison to the normal pencil seem to be worth it (if you can afford the extra price though...) all in all I'm very impressed!
Tough mean unkind servicetold them it's freezing they not goodIt's doesn't update chrome keyboard automatically generated U need to constantly touch bottom middle bar It's difficult to use swipe down appThere's no clipboard for chrome search engine iPad doesn't allow Microsoft word Samsung better than iPad they can quickly delete all apps in 1 go for multitasking windowsThis doesn't U have to manually delete excruciatingly yourself This is much bigger than Samsung tablet iPad began speaking by itself
I had had my old iPad Air for nearly 10 years and it was losing its charge quickly as well as taking a long time to charge. So I bought a new one, assuming it would be better in every respect. I was disappointed that I did not notice too much of a difference, only in the much shorter time it takes to charge. Everything else was about the same - I don't find it more responsive or anything. And one thing that I just cannot get the hang of is how to close open apps on the home screen. It can take me more than 10 attempts to close them, as instead of pressing the home button, you now have to kind of flick them into the middle before dispatching them, and I think I either flick too quickly or too slowly. There must be a knack, but it eludes me!
