I was very happy to see on the FedEx tracking site that the package would arrive so soon. As for the iPad Air 2 itself, the unit I received is in clean, beautiful, pristine condition and great working order. I’m very happy to recommend buying iPads from Prince Express as a great seller to buy as the shipping time, and fantastic grade A iPad I received is just an amazing deal and much appreciated!

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this renewed ipad. I couldn’t find any scuffs, scratches, or dents on the entire device and I looked it over VERY carefully. The battery was at 96% health when it arrived which is also shockingly high for a renewed device. There hasn’t been any issues with using it either. It setup just like a new device right out of the box. No problems with low quality screens, the touchscreen works flawlessly, and all the buttons have the snappy new feel to them still. The only way I could tell the difference from this iPad to a brand new one is the box it comes in, and more importantly, the price I paid for it!

BAD BUSINESS!!!!

I ordered refurbished iPad it came fast but wouldn’t stay on even on charger. Returned it and now company is trying to say I returned a different item them what I received which is totally false. I ordered it for my daughter for college %26 was highly disappointed in the product %26 the company for accusations after their product failed. Now I’m recieving emails saying I returned a different item than what I purchased. I know this to be untrue due to it being the only iPad I ever purchased and the only iPad I returned. I also returned it a day or 2 after I purchased it in august, it’s now October %26 I’m just now recieving an email? Misleading Description %26 Non Functioning I-Pad

This iPad says open box, which is very misleading because it is very definitely more than just an open box. Open box makes it sound as if it was a return or it was new but had issues %26 had maybe been factory refurbished. Upon opening, it is very obvious that It is refurbished %26 very used. It appears to not have the original iPad screen as well. None of those would bother me to the point of return, but the iPad also does not hold a charge. I have reached out multiple times to the seller and have not yet received a response. I do not want to go through the hassle of having to return it through Walmart, wait for my money and then have to turn around and buy another iPad I would like to just have this one exchanged for one that works. Not bad for being previously owned.

I ordered two iPads for my kids as I did not want to gift them BRAND NEW iPads, I was skeptical before ordering but I’m glad I did. They work great! My only complaint would have to be the charge.. They die very quickly so the time they are in use away from the charger isn’t very long. They each came with a charging cord and box! It was completely unexpected and the reason I give 5 stars. Each I pad came in its own bubble slip and in its own box alongside its own charging cable and box. I also feared there would be way more damage or scratches and I was surprised to find that they had very few scuffs and scratches to the back. The screens had protection film and no scratches on either screen!

Reburbished I Pad

When my shattered I pad screen was deemed unrepairable by Apple, I started googling hwo to rebuy the I pad, which was needed for limited use to hook up to my Iprojector. First, I would never think of Walmart Online to order an Apple Product so that was a surprise. 2nd, to find a reburbished I pad that matched my exact model for 200.00-an even more unexpected surprise, expecting that there must have been something wrong with it if it was being sold for such a cheap price. But with the timely arrival of the I pad arrived with no problem setting it up whatsoever,I could almost have said the device was new! Was a little nervous but I love this iPad

OK so a little backstory I’ve been researching iPads for weeks because I was nervous about buying a refurbished one so I’ve been comparing reviews, prices and companies from both Walmart and Amazon. I came across this one on my final day and decided to take a chance and I must say I am not disappointed. It did come packaged in some bubble wrap and a box and it came with an offbrand charger. The charger is kind of slow. But the iPad works very well. My only issue with the iPad is the battery dies very fast but what I did to remedy it was turn off the background refresh and turned my brightness to low and made sure I didn’t have any apps open in the background and I haven’t had any issues with my battery.
