Overall, the iPhone 12 didn’t have too many differences to me vs my prior iPhone which was the IPhone 7. The usage and getting to know how to use the phone without the home button was easier than I expected. I do still get messed up when taking a screen shot but end up remembering I have to press the volume and lock button. Not the home button anymore. The main dislike I have with the iPhone 12 is the camera quality. It seems like every other new phone on the market even other users with iPhone 12s whose quality is much better than mine is. It's not any different than the quality I had with my iPhone 7 which is also the main reason I upgraded finally was to have the better camera and video. That was a disappointed. As well as my service. I know it has nothing to do with the phone but my issue may. It doesn't matter if I am on Wi-Fi, or not on Wi-Fi and using cellular data, it doesn't matter if I am on 5G on, 5G auto or LTE, or not. I for some reason don't have and haven't ever had.more than 2 bars at a time. 1 or 2 bars is the max I see on most days and it doesn't matter where I go. I went out of state and drove through other states and my bars never changed. So with that being said, hoping the newer phones are better but mine has been the same as if it were an older phone.... A great phone for any age
This is an amazing phone. For the deal they had going on at the time I was able to get this phone for free and let me tell you from having an android phone for the past year and then being able to upgrade to this was like being able to see for the first time, this phone is so much better than anything I’ve had previously, the sound quality is amazing. The speakers are perfectly loud enough for any occasion and the screen is vivid enough for your most demanding movies, games, pictures, etc. also, the camera is top notch as well,it takes photos with so much realism You wouldn’t even be able to tell if it was taken from a phone. the battery life is on par with anything else and it’s class. I can go almost 2 days without having to charge it with only moderate use. Also, ... MoreThis is an amazing phone. Also, if you have a quick charger, from the battery being around 5%, I am able to charge the phone completely within about 30 to 40 minutes, which is great compared to my android phone That would almost take two hours. With a proper case, this phone would be perfect for any age. I highly recommend this IPhone... Show more

Bad purchase! Bad seller! Not one star
I should have made decision based off negative reviews as they were most accurate. The phone came damaged and not just minor wear %26 tear as described. Decided to give it a try anyway as gift for my daughter. The phone decided to stop working the minute she was expected to go out of town for travel basketball. Was a total disaster. Attempted to contact the seller KISS electronics multiple times via email and NO response. Contacted Walmart.com and of course advised nothing they could do even though I purchased through their website. All the while still expected to pay full price through Affirm, also advised them of non working phone didn’t want to continue you paying for something no longer working and no resolution with threat to report to credit bureau for late ... BUY REFURBISHED ITS GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Super skeptical when it came to purchasing a refurbished phone. I wanted to save money (obviously who doesn’t) but I also wanted a good, reliable, up to date iphone. I searched on amazon, and a couple other apps that sold electronics and i settled on walmart because it was the cheapest. the walmart reassurance policy (that’s not the actual name of the policy but basically it was a walmart guarantee) put me at ease a little. i read some negative reviews about the cosmetic appearance but my experience was different. this phone came with zero flaws. it was perfect it still is perfect. i will never pay double the amount for a brand new phone ever again lol. My fiancé purchased a brand new iPhone 12 through apple and paid roughly $800 and 2 months later i paid roughly ... MoreSuper skeptical when it came to purchasing a refurbished phone. Disappointed but not surprised :(
Ordered an iPhone 12 128gb the other day. Was super excited because I’ve been using an iPhone 7 after cracking my 10 and yeah.. I shouldn’t have ignored the poor reviews on here but who doesn’t want a nice phone for the low right lol.Got the phone today and would expect at least close to 90% battery capacity after spending $400 on a refurbished phone. Battery capacity is 79%. It is definitely noticeable as well. Phone is dying fast and slow. I also noticed many minor scratches/scuff marks on the bottom of front screen and around the back camera. (All in pictures) I of course expected some some minor scratches with this being a refurbished phone and all but there is quite a few.. Other than that the phone does work and overall does seem to be in good shape. It came ... MoreOrdered an iPhone 12 128gb the other day. I still will probably do a return to hopefully get one with a higher battery life. All in all, you just have to kind of risk it with these refurbished phones. Just don’t get your hopes up.. You do end up saving a lot of money overall by buying one of these over a brand new one, but make sure to thoroughly inspect your phone if you get one! I’ve ordered from so many different companies that sell these refurbished iPhones and they’re all the same. I think I once got a refurbished iPhone X years ago and it actually had 100% battery capacity and was in perfect shape. Ended up breaking it a year later (love that) and ordered another from the same company. That phone ended up having 86% battery capacity and was scuffed up a little. It’s honestly just a luck of the draw lol. Hope this review helped someone!... Show more

Great Phone as advertised.
I received the phone on the expected due date.Although it came in a generic package, the phone was in pristine condition (with battery at 87%) and it was shipped along with a sim tool ejector and a lightning cable (no adapter; although listed as included, the seller told me that it wasn't with my purchase). There were little whitish things around the camera lenses and some places around the screen (worry not, it can be cleaned).Speaking of screen, I don't know why, but it felt like the screen was plastiish instead of glassy, especially when touching the center (I could feel a hollow, I guess maybe due to the refurbishment?) Misleading Description: Disappointing iPhone 12
I recently purchased an iPhone 12 from this seller with high hopes, having chosen the "Certified refurbished" option that was marketed as in "excellent" condition. However, my experience with the product has been far from excellent.Contrary to the seller's claim of a pristine appearance with a 10/10 rating, the phone I received exhibited significant cosmetic damage. The camera rings, front edges, and most notably, the bottom of the phone, were marred by scuffs and scratches, resembling the aftermath of a small collision. The most significant was the three substantial dents at the bottom, almost as if someone had attempted to press a big nail into those specific spots. While I appreciate the seller's prompt response and willingness to process a refund, my ... The most significant was the three substantial dents at the bottom, almost as if someone had attempted to press a big nail into those specific spots. While I appreciate the seller's prompt response and willingness to process a refund, my preference was to exchange the phone for one that genuinely met the promised condition. Regrettably, I was informed that no replacement units in excellent condition were available. This experience has left me dissatisfied and questioning the accuracy of the seller's product descriptions. While the communication for the refund was relatively smooth, the discrepancy between the advertised condition and the received phone has diminished my trust in future purchases from this seller. Buyers beware, and ensure to scrutinize product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.... Show more

Pretty Good Phone with some scars
I am pretty satisfied with my new phone. There are several pros and cons to this purchase. I know I read all the reviews before buying it myself and I think these reviews don't do the phone justice, so here is mine.Pros: The phone came exactly how I expected. It charges well, and there have been no problems so far. It runs just like any new iPhone would. The battery is at an 85% capacity which was expected. The screen is clear from any major cracks. The phone also came with a charger which is good (I will not be using it however because it is not a fast charger). Again, the iPhone works perfectly fine and there have been no complaints.Cons: Although it works very well, it did arrive 3 days late which I did not appreciate. The phone also has scratches and scuffs all over the sides. The back is free from scratches to the most part but the camera has scuffs on the outside of it. The scuffs on the side are very noticeable but are covered by the case. The phone did not come in an original apple packaging. It came in some off brand box that was not safely secured.Overall this phone was a great buy and I do recommend it if you are in desperate need of a new phone like me and can't afford a brand new one. The marks and stuff can be easily overlooked making this a good purchase.... Show more
