Apple iPhone 12 Mini 5G (International Model) 256GB Product Red

I just received an iPhone 12 mini yesterday, and so far using it has been pretty frustrating. I tried transferring my data over from my Samsung Galaxy A51 and I can only find my photos and videos. All my audio recordings and documents are just not there. And I am not going to pay a monthly subscription just so that I can have more than 5GB of storage backed up. Android does not have this problem. I’m also incredibly disappointed by its battery life; it has reached below 50% twice in one day by doing next to nothing, whilst my Android can last a whole night without dropping below 70%. Right now I can only charge it through my Android using the lightning - USB-C cable (the only cable in the box), which quickly drains the battery life of the Android. I’ve also been having issues texting people - messages being sent but not received by the people I’m sending them to, receiving texts from my Android contacts on my Android and not my iPhone. It’s a mess. I can’t even imagine what I have to go through to get my apps from Japan, but as long as I have a SIM card on my Android and can connect to the internet, I think I’ll just keep using my Android for the time being. I don’t think I can fit the apps into the iPhone storage anyway. Overall, I do not like this phone. If you are an Apple user already, then this phone will be fine for you. But if you are an Android user, I do not recommend that you transfer.

JUNK! I did NOT have the setting to erase my iphone after 10 failed passcode attempts turned on and yet Apple locked me out of my own iphone that I paid for after approximately 20 attempts and ALL data was lost. I thought I could enter as many as I wanted since that setting wasn't turned "on". WHO IS APPLE TO LOCK ME OUT OF MY OWN PHONE? Apple had NO right to do that! I should be able to enter the wrong code a thousand times if I want to without Apple locking me out! They have no right to do that! Their "geniuses" couldn't do anything with it. I bought a 256 gb so I wouldn't have to pay for the cloud and therefore everything was lost! There are a lot of other problems as well. You can adjust settings to your desired adjustments like turning off the auto brightness yet the junk iphone would change it constantly. You would read a text and yet the iphone would show it as unread.You would get a voicemail notification on the home screen and when you open the phone app it doesn't show up til you close it out for a minute and reopen app. Any way, I'm going back to Samsung! I was much happier with Samsung. Like my sister said "with Apple you're just paying for the name".

I liked the fact that it was the phone I ordered but to be honest when I received it I was fairly disappointed. Yeah I know they say “get what you pay for” but I thought a grade B wouldn’t be as scratched up with paint chipping and what not. Nothing else is wrong with it that I’ve noticed…(so far) other than it not really being able to stay securely connected to any Wi-Fi. I don’t know if it’s the phone or the actual networks but that has been irritating me because it bumps me off every time I try to use an app with Wi-Fi. I have my service connected now but shutting off the phone and turning it back on doesn’t make a difference so hopefully it changes after time.
