MagSafe is a unique feature of this iPhone but it is something I don’t use often. Apart from this unique feature, there are other features that are refined and worth the price. I purchased the Seirra blue because I liked the colour and it is unique. We cannot expect this colour in near future. 512gb storage is good if you don’t use iCloud or other cloud services like me. There is 1Tb storage version as well

Just a superb iPhone and a noticeable upgrade from my former iPhone 11 Pro. Got my 13 pro in the Sierra blue finish in the 256gb model. The Sierra blue is a gorgeous finish, with the stainless steel finish on the sides. This phone overall has a true premium feeling to it, it feels like a premium upscale device. The Ceramic Shield glass is a lifesaver, because I am someone who drops their phone A LOT, lol. As far as performance wise and battery life, this 13 pro doesn't disappoint not even the slightest. Battery life is solid (up to 2 days full usage), and performance is amazing. This phone is so fast at loading and downloading, thanks to mega fast 5G speeds. The A15 biconic chip is noticeably faster at downloading and browsing the web than the 11 pros A13 processor. ... MoreJust a superb iPhone and a noticeable upgrade from my former iPhone 11 Pro. The biggest improvement I noticed coming from the 11 pro is the camera. The camera is just incredible, takes clearer and crisper shots than my fancy digital camera takes. I don't use my expensive digital camera anymore, I just use my iPhone. Not only do photos come out stunningly clear, video filming is where the biggest improvement over the 11 pro kicks in. Thanks to cinematic mode. Cinematic mode is absolutely astonishing, it's like owning an expensive Hollywood cinema camera in your pocket. As for screen brightness, the expansive 6.1 inch Super Retina XDR display with promotion is crisper than ever. The display is astonishing, delivering vivid brightness.

I upgraded to this from an 11 pro max and read many reviews before deciding on this or another max pro. I decided to just go for the pro size because of how much heavier the 13 pro Max is compared to the 11 & I don’t really notice that big a difference in screen size. It is thicker than my previous phone & is very reminiscent of the 5s in looks, which almost seems like the company are going backwards. I have also moved from 256gb to the 512gb as I like to download a lot of music. The colour is a lovely dark grey. I was going to go for the sierra blue but it was never in stock, but on reflection I prefer this as it goes with any colour phone case. I was going to go for the sierra blue but it was never in stock, but on reflection I prefer this as it goes with any colour phone case. It was easy to set up as you just sit your previous phone beside it, if it is an iPhone and it guides you through & transfers all the things from your previous phone. I find it easy to use and can see the difference in screen from my 11 pro, it seems brighter & crisper. It is also much quicker when using the internet & apps.Be aware the cost is the same, but you no longer get a charger plug, in the box it is just the phone, the simm tool and a usb-c lightening cable. I have purchased MagSafe chargers which are really clever and use a clear Apple case with MagSafe, which means I don’t have to remove case to charge phone. I also had to purchase plugs for these as they didn’t come with them, so if you are buying and want to use MagSafe for charging, bear in mind the extra costs involved in buying all these extra things if you don’t have them. The camera lenses really stick out, much more than my 11 did, but the quality of the photos and videos is incredible. I took a video last night and then air played it onto our tv and was so impressed with the clarify. The zoom seems much better than the 11 on taking photos.I have used iPhones since the original for home and have to use android at work, so can compare. Honestly, I tend to avoid my android work phone at all costs as for me I find it much more complex to use than an iPhone. Obviously iPhones are never cheap and I buy outright, as don’t want to be locked into a phone contract. But with very you do get the good options of buy now pay later etc, so it means I can buy then save each month to pay it off in full when it is due.
When I was looking at monitors to dock my M1 MacBook Pro to use at home, I was trying to find one that matches the Apple environment. Of course, I wanted the XDR but I just can't seem to justify $6K for a monitor (although if finances are not of matter or concern, then I would have gone that route). For my purposes of writing, email, Photoshop / Lightroom, I feel this Studio Display is plenty.Easily integrates with my MacBook Pro. Simplistic design and doesn't make the office feel cheap with plastic overload.I have a window in my home office so I went with the Nano-Texture glass option. It's great. I do not know what the screen without it is like though. Is it worth $1,800? Probably. Especially true if you want to stay in the Apple environment. OR 3.) get this as a free or very discounted upgrade through your carrier if they still have them at the time you are reading this. OTHERWISE skip the 13 line up and go for the 14 Plus or Pro line up

I really wanted to like this phone but I can't, I just can't. The build quality and look of this phone is just so good, but thats all there is to it. This is my second iphone since the iPhone 7 plus which I loved and had for years, first major problem is no charger in the box, fu** you apple! Environment my a** you are just trying to cut corners and save money by selling us a $1,000 plus phone and no charger or headphones in the box? Like who in this world unbox their phone and throws the charger away? Nobody, and what's really sick about this is that they tell you oh well you have a charger at home, but the cable that's in the box does not fit my old charger so in order to get the proper charging speed, you have to buy another charger! I mean how are people okay with this? How does this not insult you, by spending you're hard earned $1000 and now you have to spend another $30-50 to get a charger to fit the dumb cable if you want the proper charging speed for this phone, plus another $40 on wired headphones that are also not included. That's like if you buy a house and lets say its $400,000, once you are inside there is no central air conditioning or heating, does not matter how much money you have, now you have to jump through all the hoops and spend $8,000 to get a unit installed and thats just unacceptable. Second major issue is the lighting cable, now I had my iPhone 7 plus for a while then moved to android for about 2 years and decided to try the iphone again since they finally added 120hz display, but I had no idea this thing still had a lighting cable before I unboxed it. Yo apple what's with you and the lighting cable? The lighting cable in a nutshell killed this experience entirely for me because everything in my house is usb type c, even my cheap gadgets are usb type c, now I need a bunch of adapters, and did i mention that data transfer on the lighting cable is so slow its about as painful to watch as an old man with a hemorrhoid sit on a cactus?? And now I need to take 2 separate cords like bro just stop apple, let the lighting cable go already. But yea that right there killed it for me, I can't have this phone simply because of the lighting cable, it is just a huge inconvenience for me. But if the lighting cable does not bother you for some odd reason, here are a couple more problems. Third major issue is overheating issue, boy o boy does this phone have alot of horsepower under the hood, but as soon as you even think about pushing the horsepower, this baby gets HOOOOOOOT especially if you use navigation then forget about it. This thing gets so hot it lags and then dims the screen so much to the point where you can't see the display, even with simple task the screen just keeps diming and its hugely annoying, obviously there is no proper cooling for all of this horsepower in this phone so it's pretty much a gimic at this point, I mean if you are a person who just calls, then you will have no overheating issues, but if you use navigation alot, STAY FAR FAAAAAAAAR AWAY FROM THIS PHONE. Fourth problem is no always on display so you have to keep tapping the screen to see your time and notifications, im not even gonna get into this, $1000 and no always on display? Thats a major L. Fifth major problem is I can't see my battery percentage on the top right corner like I could with my 7 plus or android phone, so I have to swipe the screen down to see it, why apple? And the last problem is no fingerprint sensor, now I don't understand why they force you to have one or the other, why not both face unlock and fingerprint sensor? Ever heard of options apple? Anyways I can talk about this phone forever and I really did want to like this phone but I'm gonna have to stick with android until they at least add usb type c for God sake. Stay away from this phone.
Most of the reviews on here are posted after a week, 2 weeks, a month of ownership. Let’s try after 9 months. Not 9 years, but 9 MONTHS. Exact same story as the iPhone 12’s.They work great for 3 months. Then there’s a glitch here and there. No problem. Everything has a glitch now and then right? Then the glitches start taking time to fix. 2 minutes, then 10 minutes, then an hour, then seemingly unfixable. So now at 9 months, notifications in all categories are sporadic. They even disable themselves at will. Then, I can no longer text anyone with an Android phone - now half of the population is unreachable.Speaker phone shuts off and on randomly in the middle of conversations. Voicemail notifications now take 2-3 days to show up.Same number of problems ... MoreMost of the reviews on here are posted after a week, 2 weeks, a month of ownership. Let’s try after 9 months. Apple sent it back to me saying there was nothing wrong with it, and charged me for another phone while under APPLE CARE.There are serious problems with these phones and with Apple. I’ve had iPhones going back to iPhone 6, and had ZERO level of problems as I’ve had with 12 and 13. If you need a new phone, get a good Android.
Upgraded three phones to iPhone 13pro from 12Pro. Cameras are better, with distinguishly more powerful 3x telephoto vs. last year's 2x. It seems at night or low light the cameras perform better and faster. Video at night feels like shooting at day light. The phone is excellent. Perfect hardware for travel and trips, getting photos, communicate with others etc.The phone is heavier than 12Pro. Old cases didn't fit and had to buy new ones which are hard to find and an additional $40ish expense. Cheaper cases are just not good, Tried several basic ones. If the phone is dropped on the front edge, because it is so heavy, the impact will go through the case lid and affect the screen - I've got non-brand "liquid" silicone case from Amazon for this one for ~$20, otherwise ... MoreUpgraded three phones to iPhone 13pro from 12Pro. If the phone is dropped on the front edge, because it is so heavy, the impact will go through the case lid and affect the screen - I've got non-brand "liquid" silicone case from Amazon for this one for ~$20, otherwise would recommend Speck Presidio line, Otterbox. In my opinion, if you want some meaningful protection, do not buy thin, skinny etc. basic cases, especially look at the front lids to be wide/thick enough. If you like the phone to be lighter, get the regular iPhone 13 - hardware and cameras are also excellent, just omits the zoom camera.Phone is water proof, wireless charging, Apple's OS and software works smooth and well, and software support is generously long.Battery last quite a bid, probably with non-stop usage will last a full day. Mine never gets even less than 80% through the day of normal use. Includes calls, video call apps, media. It stays relatively cool, haven't tried in tropic heat yet - the iPhone12Pro had done black screen in heat around 100F several times on me during heavy video use.Reception is good, haven't had any problems inside or outside of buildings.Residual value is quite high, one can expect very easy trade in on the next iteration, which makes the competition a financial non-sense. Competitive Android phones are priced similarly or higher.
